- Today we are beach fishing with some awesome fishing technology to catch a bunch of fish from the shore! Im out fishing with a bunch of my family visiting and i want to help them catch some fish from the beach today we are using a Swell Pro Fishing Drone and an RC fishing boat. They both have self righting capabilities, I'd say the drone for rough surf and the rc boat for bays,lakes and under bridges especially if it has a fish finder on it

I have used my $400 Fimi drone for over a year now and it works great for dropping bait and lures up to 300 gram wayyy out to sea.

Just returned my RC BOAT doesn't perform in waves 2ft high return to home functions always fail ,very disappointing, but I will go back to using the drone dropper just so much easier !!! I'm from Melbourne Australia 🇦🇺 luv you're videos SKIPPER 👍

I'd say drone cuz you don't have to fight the surf or navigate objects in the water you can drop a baited rig ANYWHERE. Like you said both have pros and cons 🙄 ❤

circle hooks are best for the drone fishing, sure catch of fish because of the hook design. cant miss a fish.. search for more drone fishing videos mainly in New Zealand
Wait, you got to take a class to catch a shark in the state of Florida? Interesting; I never knew this. I have sharked fish in both the Atlantic Ocean and the Pacific coast. I never had to take a course!
Because of the fact I don't fish saltwater that often anymore, I would probably choose the boat. Very informative video!

Its now a common way of fishing here in New Zealand. with swell and breakers at 150 meter from shore, these are game changers to those who are fishing here. Visit New Zealand one time. you will enjoy drone fishing..

I wish I have one of those drones!
Get a big RC boat. Put a camera in it. Bait it. Send it out. Lower bait with servo. When fish hits, wind in reel or just drive the boat to you.
I want to buy the $150 bait box and salted bait. I want to use it at the Outer Banks June 1st so how long does shipping take to lets say Illinois? Dont wanna refrigerate the bait if i dont have to so when do you suggest i make the purchase to get them right before my vaca?
It takes about 3-5 days, and it will absolutely refrigerate and stay fresh! It also stays fresh for days without the fridge. We are about to release our new fishing rod on Tuesday! It will work perfect in obx:)

Hi Brendan, long time subscriber and fan. When you used to live in Maryland (I am an MD resident) I learned lots from you about our local fisheries. I am super grateful for all the wisdom you and others from the DMV area have shared to help me develop as an angler. Having said all this, I have to say that you have gone so far off the rails I have lost interest in your videos. What happened to helping people learn about fishing? What am I supposed to do with these videos about drone fishing for sharks? Glad you're having fun, but I think you've lost the plot and have gotten away from your mission.

He got the swellpro drone.. Fd1 model of not mistaken. look for other types in the web like aee condor fishing drone, shark x, cuta copter, aerokontiki drone. commonly used here in New Zealand..

The drone is better. The boat can only handle specific wave heights.
You must get some awful bruises from the butt of the rod on your inner thigh. I get some nasty ones fishing striped bass here in the Maritimes (Canada).

I’ve had both those exact products. I had the swell pro SD4 and still have the RC fisher. These are not cheap additions for the serious fisherman. Company support is important after you click enter for SEND. Swellpro does not know your name the second they get your money. The drone is littered with firmware issues loosely advertised over various non swellpro u tube videos. The swell pro water proof drone IS NOT WATERPROOF. The drone also has a tendency to fly away as in Bye Bye. I wouldn’t touch a drone for fishing as government regulations are limiting drone use all over. I wouldn’t take a free swellpro. The RC fisher is a decent boat. Not as fast a drone but gets the job done. You won’t find yourself scouring the web for bizarre patchwork and firmware updates. And you might have guessed it- the boat CAN GET WET. I did have a couple of issues with the boat and spoke to a guy in Florida and he had me up and going over the phone.
For me it’s boat.
