    yes I'm a big fan of this class - please keep your videos coming! just like being in a class and have a private tutor - no fuss - no overtalking - very straight forward and a fabulous fabulous workout! any chance of a DVD for us in the UK?

    A solid level 1.5-2 strength flow... I like the short/non-existent shavasana, it’s time efficient! ( I can add as much time as I need on my own).

    Hello. Great Video. I have a question. Can I do this flow if I have neck problems. Specificaly neck osteochondrosis?

    Love it! Really enjoyed the strength training. Piece of advice though, when you are doing downward facing dog and Uttanasana, feels like your lower back is not lengthening enough. esp. Uttanasana, feels like you only wanna your head touch the knees. I do that all the time, so I notice that :) but really nice video!
