How I Design My Chefs Knives

This video is the first in a series that I'm calling the "Maker Series". I'll walk through the making of one of my knives and in each video share a few things that have helped me along over the years in the hopes that you find some of this useful in your process or give you an insight at what goes into one of my builds.
The first video is just a simple design process where I talk about a few key factors that I like in my knives. There's no one specific way to design knives, just the one that you find works best for you. Hopefully some of this is helpful and you find it useful in your process.
