In reality $100 is pretty inexpensive for a good quality boot, I buy quality over quantity. Instead of buying a new shitty pair of boots each year save up a bit and buy a nice pair that will last awhile!
In Poland you can buy similar boots which cost 30 $. You should buy things by Internet from Poland because transport isn't expensive.
