You are not required to finish the initial platter, you can leave it or ask them to remove it, just eat the ones you like (: and yes a lot of customers leave their shit on the belt which is so disrespectful, everything else is awesome ^.^

Nice vid, actually inintay ko to kasi medyo badtrip ako sa resto na to nung kumain kami dito, minamarket kasi na may hotpot and same sa nakita mo dun sa pic, dapat may mga sashimi or other stuffs pa peroo wala, nasa conveyor belt lahat tas ganun nga konti meat puro side dish, para sakin 3stars din siya nung una dahil sa conveyor belt experience, pero nung nakatry ako sa ibang resto na may ganun din mas bumaba rating ko kay hosaku haha.

I haven’t been in Hosaku before, but based on your review on this buffet restaurant, I have to say that I think Hosaku will get 2 stars unfortunately.
Even if there are good qualities of the buffet restaurants, the main important things is when you enjoyed the food entirely and what you felt during the stay.
Unfortunately the other customers are ruining the buffet experience with empty plates everywhere and there are food that are not that great. Not the experience you can look forward to if that were the case.

We ate here and sobrang nakakadismaya kasi ang taas ng expectations namin sa una kasi nga conveyor belt yung set up, parang sushi bar and all. Pero nakakadisappoint talaga nung kumakain na kami. Yung first platter sinerve sa amin like 20 minutes after. Yung kasamang free iced tea ang tagal din. Nagfollow up kami twice pero parang walang nangyayari.
Di din kami nainstruct sa mga gagawin like yung parchment paper should not be removed sa stove, kapag nasa dulo ka ng conveyor expect mong walang magandang dish na mapupunta sayo. Yung mga gulay na kasama sa isang dish na nakuha namin, lantutay na tapos mukhang luma talaga. Sobrang nagsisi kami talaga dito noon. :(

Ok sana yung concept, pero nasisira lang yung experience dahil ang baboy lang at ang disrespectful ng ibang customers. Napaka unsanitary na ibalik nila dun sa conveyor yung tira mula sa pinagkuhanan nila, maski na isinalin lang ba nila at di naman nila pinagkainan mismo.
Up to the management na rin lang din yung paggawa and pag-implemet ng rules sa gantong scenario, so sana napagsasabihan din or nawawarningan yung mga customers na ganyan ang ginagawa.

I tried this last year… the food is average to ok at best… if you want to get the best part of the conveyor belt, the strategy is to be in front… and the price is a little too expensive in my opinion, and hopefully they are able to somehow expand and maybe they can lower the price in the future.

Highlights:
-Staff took us to a table and explained things to us. What to do with the grill, empty plates, the belt, etc, etc.
-It's mostly a waiting and cooking game
-Wait and hope no one else is looking for MEAT you want from the conveyor belt
-Wait for the meat to cook.
-RIP if you don't know how to cook and tell when meat is done or still raw.
-Disgusting/dumb people place their half eaten/touched shit back on the conveyor belt.
I don't recommed eating here if you're hungry af and can't tell if meat is cooked. There are better buffet places. There are other conveyor belt and grill places.

From experience at a buffet in olongapo. Same rules no left over dba. Srap kain to the max un kabilang table kuha ng kuha di pa na uubos. Maya-maya un tempo ng pag kuha bumagal. Sbi ko sa sarili ko luh sayang left overs di naman pede mag takeout baka may ofw kasama kaya ok lng sa kanila mag bayad ng penalty. Aguy eto na si bill bkit ang laki ng bill sbi ng lalaki. Nag explain si staff nga na no left overs at tinuro nga un maliit na stand sa gitna ng table at placemat na may naka sulat nga. Eto na nag drama na si sir at panay shampoo nya ng ulo kahit wlang shampoo. Nakakahiya daw at niyaya nya lang daw mga kasama nya isang Lola 2 adult na babae Ewan kung pamilya sila. 20-30 mins binalikan cla ng staff if ready na sila ma settle un bill. Banda huli cguro nakikiramdam si Lola at gusto na umalis hindi sya nag salita pero nag labas ng maliit na wallet at sya na nag bayad ng penalty. Lesson learned wag mahiya mag tanong kung may ritemedzz ba ganun😂. Be aware, ask the obvious and always carry an extra for back up and do read what's written around the premises.

Meron pa sinusubuan ang bata at panay talon sa long cushion chair, kalagitnaan ng pagkain nila Mami at dadi nya sumuka un bata sa table, Aguy aun di cla naka enjoy kumalat un amoy pa sa area nmin pero nawala din agad at may ventilator kahit may aircon. A resto may not be perfect, at minsan hindi talaga kaaya-aya ang quality at service nila, and yes, part of it meron talagang reklamo in terms sa na sayang na pera..., BUT customers have responsibilities din..and that doesn't mean na pag-pangit yung service and food, you also have the right na mambalasubas... so..ano nang pinag-kaiba niyo non? (Nasabi mong pangit yung servive and food, pero PANGIT ka din kasi, you've done wrong as well)
Simple lang naman yung instruction for the conveyer belt.. kung kakainin, kunin, yung pinag-kainan, wag na ibalik doon sa Conveyer.... yung iba, nasabi lang na customer at nagbabayad sila... (kung umasta eh kala mo everyone owes them).... at ibig sabihin ba noon. ..may karapatan na silang gawin yung gusto nila kahit mali?!?! Lol

I think meats served sa mga asian/world restos ay talagang medyo bland para you can adjust sa panlasa mo, if you want it sweet, savory, salty. Sauces are the keys to taste. Mapa samgyup or hotpot. I hope the resto offered you sauces you can mix and match.

i had lots of interest when always watching kuya sheannner’s vlogs like since it was promoted sa youtube ko feel ko for me talaga mga vlogs niya as teenager na mas gustong makita ang mga bagay na hindi napapansin sa pilipinas it's also an issue not just a simple review sa isang restaurant.
