Base on my experience (married to a Mexican), Mexican food shouldn’t be salty. At since sa Texas kami, Tex-Mex ay may seasoning na uncommon sa Filipino dish gaya ng Cumin at Oregano. Yung unang beses nagluto ung mother in law ko, hindi rin ako nasarapan kasi nga hindi ako sanay sa mga herbs, at ilang ingredients nila pero after fee years of eating alot of it. Nasanay nako at sobrang nasasarapan ko sa Mexican food.
same here naka tira din kami dito sa texas daming mexican restaurant at first ayaw namin mejo weird mga lasa pero habang tumatgal hinahanap hanap mo na.

Oregano isn't an uncommon seasoning in the Philippines.
Plus Mexican foods are really good like chimichangas and tacos! They're not even bland, they're a little salty and I love them. My boyfriend is Mexican and eversince he introduced me to Mexican foods I loved it.
to be honest kasi not all Filipinos are knowledgeable sa mga foreign cuisines. ung ibang tao naman kakain lang sa mga restaurant dahil sa ontrend sya or kung di naman curious lang tapos pag tikman syempre iba ung lasa eh ibabad rate na. ansaya lang manood ng vids ni sheanner kase minumulat niya ung tao or viewers niya na hindi lahat ng panlasa ng tao eh pare pareho.

This can be a major turn-off for customers who don't want to eat in an environment where there are pests present.
Regarding the reviews mentioning that the food is a bit salty, it's important to note that they didn't say it wasn't tasty (please watch the full review to clarify). But since the restaurant is operating in the Philippines, I believe it would be beneficial to adjust the saltiness of the food to attract and expand their target market. Reviews like these can harm a restaurant's reputation, which is why it's crucial to listen and consider them as constructive criticism.
To further illustrate my point, let's look at the example of Nokia. It is no longer operating today because it failed to adapt to CHANGE. Besides, I have tried lots of Mexican restaurants here, and I have no complaints about the taste. I totally fell in love with it! While the Mexican restaurant's food may be great for Mexicans, when serving it to the majority of Filipinos, especially here in the Philippines, it is necessary to make some adjustments to cater to the local market while still maintaining its unique taste.
Uniqueness is not a one-size-fits-all concept for all businesses. It is important to adapt and make necessary changes to meet the needs and preferences of the target market while still preserving the core essence of the brand.
By adapting the uniqueness of Mexican cuisine to resonate with Filipino taste buds, the restaurant can create a dining experience that is both familiar and adventurous, appealing to a wider range of customers and contributing to the culinary diversity of the Philippines.

Ito ang totoong meaning ng content, may purpose at may goal. Hindi puro prank, tsismis, yabang, at kung anu-anong walang kwentang bagay para lang sumikat at pagkakitaan. Walang annoying na generic music background at laugh tracks. Straight to the point habang hindi boring at may entertainment value. Hindi pilit, natural lang. Na-try na namin kumain sa Fiery Style Restaurant sa Makati. Our experience was great pati rin sa food. Siguro depende sa mga branches ng restaurant yung quality ng food.
Yeah, chineck ko lahat ng ratings ng branches nila at yung highest na rating ay yung kinainan namin ng mga tropa ko sa Solenad. Although may mas better na Mexican restaurant sa area, ayos lang Naman din yung food nila d2. Sa napansin ko sa mga 1 star ratings ng mga branches nila ay mostly mga Kano na mas sanay sa lasa ng Mexican foods sa kanluran, eh d2 Kasi tino-tone down yung spices para magfit sa panlasang Pinoy.

As an asian mediterean cuisine chef sa mga tao na di alam ang lasa at di marunong mag appreciate ng lasa ng foreign food wag nyo na subukan tapos lalaitin nyo lang sila din naman di rin type lasa ng pinoy food same lang ng iba.Fact may maaalat talaga na pagkain ang mexico dyan nakuha ng mga pilipino ang pagkain ng maaalat remember nasakop tayo ng spanish ganun din ang mexico at same ng mga pampalasa dahil sa galeon trade nuong unang panahon gawa yan ng spanish colonial.

I've tried fierry style before with my mom. We liked the beef salpicao with bone marrow the rice is also upgraded a bit spicy and their nachos is also good. But their tacos is a no for me and i wasn't familiar with burrito that time so i don't know. But this is a good review, i like how transaparent and authentic your thoughts are.

imho, i think na 'di dapat rason yung "it's foreign cuisine kaya baka hindi siya pasok sa lasa ng pinoy." it's debatable kasi ang target audience nila ay filipino kasi nasa pilipinas sila. while it's important to keep the authenticity of the products, it's also important to adjust the product for the target audience.

May mga ipis pa sa lugar. Medyo masarap pero d worth it sa 40 minutes waiting time. Tinake out na lang namin ung order namin kasi 40 mins na hndi parin kompleto mga orders namin. Hindi siya worth sa prize niya at hndi marunong ung manager SOBRA hndi marunong mag allocate ng tao. Daming server pagala gala at sobrang kulang ng chefs nila.
