    Great video David.
Those hawkers and food stalls around the city need to go. Also the taxis that are parking outside opposite the Gautrain station, makes no sense when there's a taxi rank right behind the station, they just don't look good parked out there.

Goes to show that the private sector does an incredible job at running our cities. Really wish we weren’t so reliant on government facilities because things would be working very efficiently.

Fam if you have ideas for the Sandton Precinct comment your ideas down below. For example: Pros and cons and what would you like to see implemented?

They honestly need to do something about the hawkers who are mushrooming around the precinct. I understand people need to make a living but seeing a make shift stand selling sweets in front of billion Rand buildings is not a great sight to see. I’d suggest they make stands for the hawkers that will blend in nicely with the landscape. The last thing they want to see happen is for their precinct to turn into something like the Joburg CBD.

After watching the whole interview I must say that your guest is very much knowladgable about the place. As someone that works there (when in office) I can also confirm that the place is very safe and keeps on developing into a pedestrian-friendly precinct. I can't wait for the upcoming developments to break grounds. Thank you for bringing this to us Dave. I hope that you can also do the tour around the precinct as well. That would be very much appreciated.

There’s definitely a lot of security guards in Sandton. They even carry big guns. I feel safe there honestly.

You should have asked much better questions bro. She basically doesn't give much info, thats because the questions we're so basic. You should have asked when are they fixing up more infrastructure under their influence, etc. etc, because big areas under their scope, still look very bad. Side walks, lights, still look bad, etc.
