Grahame, I had every confidence you would ace this complicated and labor-intensive job as you have done with all the rest. Splendid! 👏👏🙌👍 Also liked the bee on the door very much.
Morning Grahame, As quite a few have said, you did an amazing job fitting the pipes. I could see the effort you needed to crimp the end pieces on. Thanks for the shout out, once again. I saw the Bumblebee and immediately thought "I know where that would look good". Take care mate. Cheers, Huw
I've watched several TH-camrs using pex in their home renovation projects they all seem very pleased with the results. One homeowner had an issue with the iron content in their water it turned all the white pex red, but his pipes were in the walls, so it didn't matter. Loved the bee, it needs a little metal flower to pollinate.
Hi Grahame -- you could use a little bit of the metallic wax RubNBuff to match your screw heads to the bee ornament. Or paint them black to look like the creature's eyes.
I managed to get hold of the snips to cut the tube, and it was a game changer, gave a clean cut everytime... piping just slid on the joints.. many thanks cheers
You're going to have arms like Popeye. In the UK I did my own plumbing although I never enjoyed it. Since moving to France I have been intrigued by the way it is done over here so I watched this video with extra interest. It's miles better than the UK way, quicker, cleaner, cheaper and did you say it was 100% leak proof ? What's not to like.
It seems like you should put up paneling to hide the plumbing and grey water waste pipes on the sink wall. Also, shouldn’t you add isolation valves for the sink and toilet?
Another milestone being reached, well done Grahame 😊 Brilliant Bumblebee 😊
thanks John, another step forward... cheers
Grahame, you should be proud of yourself… that was done like a professional….!! Well done..!!! ❤❤❤

Nice neat job done.

We used this in US called the Pex Dystem and never had any issues with it. Retired now 😁
it was completely new to me, but will use it again, many thanks
I love the molding, and congrats on your water
thank you
Very nice but I would spray the bee black, like the door knob and so it stands out. Also spray the screw heads.
thats something we may do on our next trip thanks
Bee is perfect
yes it is, thanks

There is a small tool to form the opening from the white tube to get the connection better in. Nice job, looked fairly heavy job though😮💪

@@chrishamilton-wearing3232 yes it says it 100 % I suppose time will tell! Many thanks
Funny to see how lower the sink in the bathroom is...French are small...In the Netherlands it is some 15/20cm higher!
yes we think it needs raising a couple of inches... it came with a pedestal which we won't use at the same hight..thanks

all of that is in the plans many thanks
