So, to link GTA V from steam to the rockstar social club : I had to launch the game online with steam, it asked me to download the rockstar launcher and to register on it (nothing to do on my part except accepting it), then it asked me for the game key (right clic on gta in my steam library => Game Key => copy paste to the Rockstar pop up asking thegame key), and done, my steam gta V game and account were linked to the rockstar social club. @me if I forgot a step and you're lost ( I don't know the process for other games but it's probably similar)
