Thank you so much for the video. I been struggling to either get an after market stereo but that the buttons on the wheel work or if I can add a kit to the radio system and have it work. This has been very helpful.

Does the new version work on a 2014 Camry? When I went to the link for the latest kit, it says it's only compatible for 2015-2017 Camry's which is contrary to the video title.

I have a 2015 camry xle equipped with JBL. I replaced the head unit and it’s been working for about 4 months now no sound at all. Not the turn signals, door chimes, music, nothing. Only thing I hear is what I can describe is like plugging in an aux noise when I start the car then nothing. The head unit appears to be functioning okay and appears as if the music is still playing. Any thoughts?

Will the factory usb work to charge if I don’t get the optional plug for it?
Yes you can use the factory usb to charge but it charges slow at 1.5a. The sound audio source will also switch to iPod if you have an iPhone

does this work with Malaysia version of Camry 2.5 hybrid 2016 ? Its a right hand traffic car though.
We haven’t tested it with the vehicles outside N America unfortunately

I noticed you installed this system on Camry XLE /XSE so these models have navigation system already from the manufacture, but Camry SE model doesn’t have navigation system, but my question is can I install this system on Camry SE ?

Reverse camera will still show while using carplay or android auto once you switch your gear to reverse gear.

@@BeatSonicUS Sounds great! If I do get a new head unit it will definitely be this one since I'd prefer to keep the oem stuff for the buttons, sound adjustments, and monitoring for my camry hyrbid. Really interesting product!
@@BeatSonicUS i am new to this when you say new kits are wireless you mean it will connect to the phone with Bluetooth and would the quality be good if that's the case. Secondly i see the hdmi mentioned is it something to watch videos from your phone on the oem camry screen i mean via you tube or something else?

The car must be equipped with at least a wired carplay for the solution you are suggesting to work. Our device is for vehicle models without factory equipped carplay. Ours work wired or wireless and it’s not on an Android platform
Why can you not hear the turn by turn on the gps?
The turn by then works on the gps. It requires you to drive around to hear it
