I would like to first give my condolences to the family . If you are reading this, I want to let you know how cool and kindhearted Cat was to me. I had the honor and privilege to work as an extra for the Sign of the Times concert movie. The movie was already made. About 50 of us worked as voice/sound extras for the concert goers in the movie. Cat directed us along with Prince. Cat was unknown at the time. I hit it off immediately with her. She was amazed that I still had recognized her from Sheila E's Koo Koo video with her face all covered up. She was very down to earth which is rare for up and coming celebrities! She wore my circle glasses and peace sign necklace. Our last day of recording, she invited me to go with her to "Vertigos"( which later became Glam Slam). I was thrilled, but I couldnt get in cause I was only 18 at the time 😔. I thank Cat for one of the best experiences of my life! I always wanted to tell her that!!!!. I will miss the best Prince dancer ever, Miss Cat Glover!!! ❤❤❤ 🙏🏽
Never knew her name until last year when I saw You Got The Look again. R.I.P. Cat❤😢😢😢
I am really going to miss her. I always adored her energy and her rapport with Prince onstage. in 1988 in Greensboro, NC my first concert as a boy was seeing her and Prince and Sheila E during Lovesexy Tour. She will be missed. We love you, Cat!
