@@CaptLamboIn all seriousness they're entertainers before gamers and always have been. They're filmmakers, actors, performers, etc. Filmmaking includes their animations and skits but also their cinematic gaming videos. Playing the game is just one of the many things they do but it also just happens to be the thing that has taken over their careers so you would expect them to be better😂

We used to have cave horses in the UK. They were called Pit Ponies and they pulled carts and trucks in coal mines well into the twentieth century. They rarely saw the sun during their working lives

If they actually went to war Anthony would be Frontline infantry, Appsro would be artillery support and Neebs would be the water boy
You would be so easy to destroy in a war.... your 'frontline infantry' is the most worthless human doing anything ever, isn't a team player, doesn't take direction, and gives terrible advice around every single corner, then gets frustrated that people don't know things that HE himself doesn't know.

OH FUCK YEAH!!!! I bought this game after watching the series up until the last one. Greatest game I have played in my 45 years on this floating rock. HOLY SHIT!! Your video caused me to buy a game that wasn't a survival game, which (excluding Total war: Warhammer) is the first time I have done so on a game that wasn't an updated old game in.....at least a decade.

I am excited for Appsro to find level-up beach v.2 in Caelid. Then hopefully, if they explore enough, he'll find the Meteorite Staff plus the nearby Rock Sling sorcery. I played for 80 hours as an Astrologer my first playthrough and this was easily the best upgrade to be had. Comet Azur is definitely OP, but not needing to upgrade the Meteorite Staff and its innate boost to Gravity Sorceries is just too good for being available immediately. You guys could benefit from just taking a long ride and finding all of the churches that you can. I think 99% of churches will have an item to upgrade your healing flasks potency. You may also stumble into some tiny golden trees which have the golden seeds that you use to upgrade how many healing flasks you can have. Anyways, I'm a just a fan who's been wishing to see the boring stuff you cut out for years because it's the fun part for me! Keep up the grind!
The problem with this is... some people enjoy playing the game without finding out where everything that makes them OP is up front. Which is clearly not you, as the only way you found these things was by following a guide. The very fact that you're talking about them venturing into Caelid at this point is all the proof we need of that.
in case you reading this; please upgrade your weapon, even if you want to use the less cool weapon like broken short blade, just upgrade it, trust me, even fully upgraded basic longsword in this will help you tremendously against later fights.
I am so happy that elden ring is back. I have been re-watching the Elden ring videos and I finished the last one today On lunch and was annoyed that I'd have to find another neebs video to watch later. I got home and saw this immediately when i went to youtube and literally jumped for joy and celebrated.

@survivalveteran4031 Aside from conventional RPG stat mechanics, one might think the fact that the magic-user option wouldn't have one of its primary stats set up like a dump stat, compared with the appsrently-irrelevent INTELLIGENCE stat that's sitting right next to it.

Anthony the horses you are referring to are called miniature horses. They were bred for coal mines to bring carts to and from the surface without needing a tunnel big enough for a full sized horse.
.... Shetland Ponies are tiny for use in gold mines.... Lol😅

The mob of wandering nobles is hilarious! Also that flame talisman will be pretty useful in many early game areas. Lots of fire damage around.
Lastly, the most basic Elden Ring advice is level vigor. Good luck ye Tarnished!
Edit: I just finished it, you guys almost had it! You can do it, for sure. You can actually jump over the ground slam attacks as long as the boss itself doesn’t hit you, easier than rolling it. You can also perform a jumping heavy attack while in the air, so you can avoid the attack and do damage at the same time.
You can upgrade summons after progressing NPC Roderika's questline and getting her to the Roundtable Hold. Once at the Roundtable Hold, you'll need to use Runes and Grave Glovewort or Ghost Glovewort items to upgrade your summons.
...& that, right there, is why I will never play this game.
@@kyleerikson4971 roflmao I get it.. It's very involved.. But SOOO worth it to have a mob backing you up!! Bob & Bob, Mavis & Beacon & the knight lookin fella are great too & they could also get pumped up by this.. Idk personally however.. I pulled that from the Google Machine..😉
@@kyleerikson4971 Why? Summons are 100% optional. You can totally play the game just like any other souls games, just using a melee weapon and ignoring all quests and crafting (aside from upgrading your weapon as you go). I never bother with using summons for the most part, unless I just wanna basically skip a particularly annoying gank boss without struggling against it.

1:05:29 omg, no. If you're in the SAME room as Neebs, then take the time and show him how to fight an actual creature with attacks. I dont think he hit the boss more than 6 times himself. Spend 20 minutes having him fight something alone so he gets it somewhat

Ponies have been used in mining caves for centuries to pull carts. They were even stabled in the mines so their eyes could adapt to the low light from the torches and oil lamps
... In Cornwall Coal and Tim Mines they were called Pit Ponies.

If it helps, Nova Scotia had mine ponies. They often lived their whole lives never leaving the coal mines. They pulled the carts and had underground stables.

Hell yeah more Elden ring, love watching you guys play this. Just watching you guys have fun playing is refreshing and entertaining. At the same time though there are times where i question your actions but thats more because it is what i would do in that situation.
Yes you guys could spend your stats better and yes you could wear better gear that fits your build, do you need to? NO you are the way you are and we love you for it. Keep it up and so glad to see you playing this again, honestly thought you had given it up.
I would even recommend this become something of a series on the main channel, perhaps after conan (although i hope conan goes on for a long time).

Rainbow Stones: toss them off a ledge if you think it's too high to jump down. If the rainbow stone explodes before it hits the ground, you'll die if you jump.

Leveling up Arcane increases the chance of enemies dropping their weapon or armour.
It also increases the chance of critical hits and bleed damage (on weapons which cause bleed such as daggers)
So glad to see more Elden Ring content in the Dumpster!

Im pretty sure the merchant next to the cave that they found in the beggining has a lantern for sale, which you can use to see in the cave without it taking up one of your weapon slots

Appsro needs intelligence to make sorcery more powerful but it also depends on the type of staff you use and also incantations can only be cast with a magic seal or something and sorcery spells can only be cast with the staff's. Anthony and Neebs should put their points into endurance, strength and dexterity to make your attacks stronger along with leveling up your weapons. Hope this is helpful or you can totally dismiss it as well, love you guys.

Guys please do look up a video on how to level your character and upgrade your gear. Obviously you can enjoy the game however you want but you talk often about not doing enough damage which is completely understandable. Blindly bashing your head against impossible enemies is the quickest way to burn yourself out. Take some time to give yourself some direction and goals based on your starting class and levels. For example, Neebs could go get the claymore in castle morne and Appsro could get the meteorite staff. Finding new weapons that fit your build is the best way to decide which stats are worth investing in.
So happy this is back! Though this one of the harder games to take a couple months off from and come back to, especially for poor Neebs the Simon of Elden Ring.

Don't forget to read the item descriptions for basically everything, you get a lot of the story that way. Especially the more important items like special weapons, armor, and talismans.
