- This was very complex to do because of the story but I think I basically got the gist of it lol. I also got Mikus Kimono colors wrong it's suppose to be light brown with a green sash.
Correction: Kayo's son was a baby when the fire happened. That kid who was next to her during the fires was her son who apparently grew up without kayo and also executed her after the murders. oops lol

I wish it was more clear. Like include that she knew he wasn't her husband the whole time, and faked insanity on purpose.m. And that she saw a vision of what happened if she killed him right off the bat. And that her actual husband did survive the fire but got amnesia and didn't recognize her head due to the switch :(
This video was made when I knew little about Evillous, and didn't put much research into the series. It could be remade in the future.

Didn't include my favorite part, Rin has one of the Pride mirrors, and has a vision and knows Kayo is the one killing her family. So Rin tries to confront Kayo and only brings the mirror and loses. This is why you don't bring a mirror to a scissor fight

In the Enbizaka village lived a woman called 'Kayo Sudou'. Her family was killed in the Great Fire of Enbizaka caused by a man named Kai. She had something called a 'Purple Dream' also known as a Future Dream. If it was purple, then you can't stop it from happening. Her dream showed her killing Kai's wife and children. And so thats what she did, first the wife then the kids. She took an Emerald Obi, Crimson Kimono, and gold hairpin from the three. She put them together and met Kai at the top of a mountain and so they talked and he said 'I don't think we've met.' In which he then realizes Kayo is wearing his family's clothing and so she explains how she carelessly slaughter his family then she mercilessly killed him with the Twin Blades, a vessel of sin. She was then found out and put to death by her son. [Correct me on anything if I'm wrong]

It's been 3 yrs already when I was first introduced to DoE and SoE but I so lazy to read the novels. And so last month I started reading SDS starting with Enbizaka ( Sin of Envy) (because of Riliane remembered her past life!!!) and after that I read it in Chronological order.

I'm not so sure, but as far as I know, the enbizaka song events are lies (?) I mean, Kayo knew that man was the responsable for her family's death. So, in order to get revenge, she killed all his family. Also, that man put on fire her house bc he was jealous of the success that her sailorshop had, compared to his. And then, Kayo got jealous of him because he had everything that she lost.
Once she was caught by the police (??), she came up with the events narrated in the enbizaka song. But as I said, not so sure about it.
However, this song is sad as fuck. Fucking hate this story, it ruined my life.

Kayo thought her body was still burned even tho her body wasn’t burned from the fire, and that’s why ma also switched body’s with her, and because of the fact that people had thought she was delusional, she used it to get away with murdering kai and his wife and kids (I might be wrong and sound crazy but this is how I remember the story going)

I'm kinda confused of how Kayo isn't a yandere I mean she mistook some man for her husband she killed any women she saw with him and she put on all their belongings to become the kind of girl he likes.
The dude was part of a terrorist group, and was the one who set the fire in the first place, so she had her reasons...sort of. I think she also faked the insanity thing
She knew kai isn't her husband she wanted to get revenge for Kai killing her family
The first woman is his wife second and third r his daughters
She wasn't, her narrative song makes her looks yandere and jealous. But the truth is she just envy to Kai bcs Kai family is still complete while her's already destroyed by Kai. So she killed Kai family and then killed him last so he can taste her sadness.
The thing is, even though she can revenge it is later revealed that his husband still alive and still remember the black hair Kayo(since she swapped bodies, he didn't notice). And before she got beheaded she meets her family(even though the son isn't actually her son, he's just similar to her son)but the husband didn't recognize her and continue kills her.
