For the longer, in-universe explanation: Within one of the final arcs of Evillious Chronicles, Nemesis Sudou launches an effective nuke that merges the world of the living with the two worlds of the dead (hellish yard and heavenly yard). Essentially, all the characters who should be dead by that point get revived as ghosts. So they’re all present because something something wrath magic
I always felt so bad for them especially banica, I swear I keep crying at all of their stories ☹️ still can’t get over the fact that she didn’t eat her baby because she loved him, and decided to eat herself instead. The brother and Gumina were engaged but the brother suspected that Cherubim had feelings for Gumina and was going to take her away from him so he planned to kill him. Gumina overheard this and decided that instead she was going to tell Cherubim that she hated him and he was disgusting. This lead Cherubim to kill everyone and then when he was going to kill himself, IR came along with the vessel of lust. And said that it could grant Cherubim what he wanted. He became a contractor of sin and transformed his face into that of his brother to attract Gumina. However he lost all of his memories. He then began to collect women to make a harem as he would become weak if he didn’t act out his lustful thoughts. The others explanations are good though!!!

Daughter of Evil, Servant of Evil, and Regret Message? come on... you guys could've remembered it someway edit: now I know all that had happened in the evillous chronicles, it's basically the same people but with a lot of reincarnations... mostly every reincarnation has one of the vocaloids as the lead... it's pretty wide I have to say. but the one I still love is the story of evil/ sin of pride... it's unique and it sinks deep more than the others. if u wanna watch them I recommend "evillous chronicles in a nutshell video series".

As a life-long Evillious fan, this feels ... so odd that they _did_ get the actual lore behind these characters, even the more obscure notes, even as far as introducing the characters in the order they were presented in, since in EC canon, they're chronologically in that order. I don't even play PJSK, but when I heard of the crossover through a friend, I was intrigued. Sadly, I never actually got around to playing it but honestly, I don't mind it. I like enjoying EC now as I've always been.
I love all of them, one cuz they were my intro into vocaloid, and two as an EC nerd, they're all incredibly tragic and yet evil people, and not entirely by choice Hell kayo was going to be sent to the hellish yard regardless if she killed the miroku family or not because she was born the daughter of the demon of envy. Rilliane was heavily manipulated and tricked as a child cuz of prim and ney, who were responsible for her becoming a demon contractor in the first place, and had no one to depend on before allen cuz she was sheltered and young, and her worst traits worsened with the demon contract she unknowingly made, so her retainers thought her unsuit a ruler. Allen is not a sinner, but he's here as he helped rilliane with whatever she desired, including the assassination of his adopted father, who he killed personally after poisoning him, and the near genocide of the kingdom of elphegort, which rilliane declared war on in her jealousy. Even as she was about to be captured by the rebellion, he swapped with her and was executed in her place by the guillotine, as he wanted his sister to live. Margarita isn't even human, but irene trapped in the clockworker's doll, which is the reason why she cannot sleep. She was also heavily manipulated and naive, causing the toragay epidemic from the poison fourth shadow gave her and then improving it as she simply thought it was something a friend wanted her to help out with after joining pere noel on her advice, due to wanting to finally sleep and have her prince save her Gallerian literally lost his daughter and in his devastation, MA, who is literally his mother, manipulated him to collect the vessels of sin to save his "child", which was actually the clockworker's doll with irene in it. She committed...unsavoury acts with him to create nemesis, their daughter, to discard one of the souls in her, elluka. To gather enough funds to save "michelle", he constantly declared the innocent guilty and the guilty innocent in court, as to get the wealthy he helped to give him large payments. Banica is among the most tragic, but i'll stop here You can read up on the EC wiki and listen to the 70+ songs, and i recommend the translated novels by pricechecktranslations to get more insight

So basically, "Ma" is a beign that was formed by the fusion of three souls: Elluka Clockworker (aka Levia Barisol), Irina Clockworker and Eve Moonlit (Continue reading after the dotted line if the explanation I'm about to give is too much to read) 1) Elluka Clockworker, which unbeknownst to herself because of memory loss, was actually Levia Barisol, one of the twins that created the world known as Third Period. For centuries Elluka had traveled the world as an immortal magician on a mission to collect all the seven vessels containing the Seven Deadly Sins on behalf of the god-tree Held. Her appearance had been for most of the story that of the Vocaloid Luka. 2) Irina Clockworker: she was Elluka's rival throught most of the story, a magician herself and a inheritor of HER syndrome (an affliction/virus which makes people as malevolent and caothic as possible). Irina's mission has always been to corrupt as many people as possible by using the Vessels of Sin. (I'll not delve into who Irina actually was before because it would complicate matters). Her original appearance was that of the Vocaloid Nekomura Iroha but then her soul was transferred to a new vessel, a red plush cat, and through that she was able to posses other people's bodies. 3)Eve Moonlit: the Original Sinner, from whom all Seven sins emerged, and tecnically the Demon of Sloth whom, unlike the other demons, had the capacity to appear as a normal person and didn't need a contractor for most of the time in the story. Her appearance is that of the Vocaloid Miku and she's actually in this video herself, as Margarita Blackenheim (her story happens before Gallerian's so there is no time paradox) ------------------------------------------------------- Now, due to a magic battle between Elluka and Irina (that happened while one of them had Eve's soul in their possession) the three souls of Elluka, Irina and Eve fused together into the body of Elluka (remember, she looked like Luka Megurine, the pink haired vocaloid) and after the fusion a new entirely separate conciousness emerged (so a fourth identity different fron the other three). This other identity (whom took the name of Ma) did not have a soul of their own and sought to become a "pure being" by getting rid of the souls of Elluka, Irina and Eve inside of the body. - Ma first decided to swap her body with Kayo Sudou (that's why Kayo, also in this video, is depicted by Luka Megurine) - Ma, under the pseudonyms of "Elluka Ma Clockworker" met Gallerian's father and the had a baby together (this baby is Gallerian himself) then she disappeared. - Since she's immortal when Ma returned (now calling herself just "Kayo Sudou" or "Ma") and met Gallerian, now an adult, he didn't recognize her and thought she was just a fan of his mother - Gallerian and Ma begun a collaboration to collect the Vessels of Sin (for reasons) and at some point they...had sex (bleagh!🤢) and Ma became pregnant with Nemesis Sudou (the future Sinner of Wrath, not present in the video, which Ma used to dump Levia's soul, basically transferring it to her child's body. Irina's soul was instead placed into the original vessel of sloth, I don't remeber what happened to Eve's soul) So in summary Gallerian, without knowing, had sex with his own mother and sired his own sister.😅
Please… I need a second rerun! I first joined PRSK just weeks after it was first announced. The Memoirs of Wrongdoings event was one I cherished the most. I remember I had grinded so hard to collect all the cards, barely being able to collect them all. I didn’t really prepare, as I didn’t look in the wiki to see it was coming to ENG… then, I had quit PRSK. I just rejoined recently, and realised I just barely missed its rerun! Such a shame, too. I miss those cards, they meant a lot to me… I can only hope PRSK will allow them to return, for now. But I have hope!

Venomania and Nemesis are played by Gakupo and Gumi respectively but they aren't part of the game cast. There may be plans to expand the cast but I believe the two are owned by a separate company (not SEGA) so it might be hard.

Not happening, Project Sekai's rights with Sega is limited to JUST Crypton Future Media Vocaloids (since their Vocaloids are more popular within the community, having been around since 2004, but didn't rise to fame until Miku was released). Gakupo and GUMI will NEVER be in a Sega game again simply because they are Internet Co. Vocaloids.

As a life-long Evillious fan, this feels ... so odd that they _did_ get the actual lore behind these characters, even the more obscure notes, even as far as introducing the characters in the order they were presented in, since in EC canon, they're chronologically in that order. I don't even play PJSK, but when I heard of the crossover through a friend, I was intrigued. Sadly, I never actually got around to playing it but honestly, I don't mind it. I like enjoying EC now as I've always been.

I love all of them, one cuz they were my intro into vocaloid, and two as an EC nerd, they're all incredibly tragic and yet evil people, and not entirely by choice
Hell kayo was going to be sent to the hellish yard regardless if she killed the miroku family or not because she was born the daughter of the demon of envy.
Rilliane was heavily manipulated and tricked as a child cuz of prim and ney, who were responsible for her becoming a demon contractor in the first place, and had no one to depend on before allen cuz she was sheltered and young, and her worst traits worsened with the demon contract she unknowingly made, so her retainers thought her unsuit a ruler.
Allen is not a sinner, but he's here as he helped rilliane with whatever she desired, including the assassination of his adopted father, who he killed personally after poisoning him, and the near genocide of the kingdom of elphegort, which rilliane declared war on in her jealousy. Even as she was about to be captured by the rebellion, he swapped with her and was executed in her place by the guillotine, as he wanted his sister to live.
Margarita isn't even human, but irene trapped in the clockworker's doll, which is the reason why she cannot sleep. She was also heavily manipulated and naive, causing the toragay epidemic from the poison fourth shadow gave her and then improving it as she simply thought it was something a friend wanted her to help out with after joining pere noel on her advice, due to wanting to finally sleep and have her prince save her
Gallerian literally lost his daughter and in his devastation, MA, who is literally his mother, manipulated him to collect the vessels of sin to save his "child", which was actually the clockworker's doll with irene in it. She committed...unsavoury acts with him to create nemesis, their daughter, to discard one of the souls in her, elluka. To gather enough funds to save "michelle", he constantly declared the innocent guilty and the guilty innocent in court, as to get the wealthy he helped to give him large payments.
Banica is among the most tragic, but i'll stop here

So basically, "Ma" is a beign that was formed by the fusion of three souls: Elluka Clockworker (aka Levia Barisol), Irina Clockworker and Eve Moonlit
(Continue reading after the dotted line if the explanation I'm about to give is too much to read)
1) Elluka Clockworker, which unbeknownst to herself because of memory loss, was actually Levia Barisol, one of the twins that created the world known as Third Period. For centuries Elluka had traveled the world as an immortal magician on a mission to collect all the seven vessels containing the Seven Deadly Sins on behalf of the god-tree Held. Her appearance had been for most of the story that of the Vocaloid Luka.
2) Irina Clockworker: she was Elluka's rival throught most of the story, a magician herself and a inheritor of HER syndrome (an affliction/virus which makes people as malevolent and caothic as possible). Irina's mission has always been to corrupt as many people as possible by using the Vessels of Sin. (I'll not delve into who Irina actually was before because it would complicate matters). Her original appearance was that of the Vocaloid Nekomura Iroha but then her soul was transferred to a new vessel, a red plush cat, and through that she was able to posses other people's bodies.
3)Eve Moonlit: the Original Sinner, from whom all Seven sins emerged, and tecnically the Demon of Sloth whom, unlike the other demons, had the capacity to appear as a normal person and didn't need a contractor for most of the time in the story. Her appearance is that of the Vocaloid Miku and she's actually in this video herself, as Margarita Blackenheim (her story happens before Gallerian's so there is no time paradox)

Now, due to a magic battle between Elluka and Irina (that happened while one of them had Eve's soul in their possession) the three souls of Elluka, Irina and Eve fused together into the body of Elluka (remember, she looked like Luka Megurine, the pink haired vocaloid) and after the fusion a new entirely separate conciousness emerged (so a fourth identity different fron the other three). This other identity (whom took the name of Ma) did not have a soul of their own and sought to become a "pure being" by getting rid of the souls of Elluka, Irina and Eve inside of the body.
- Ma first decided to swap her body with Kayo Sudou (that's why Kayo, also in this video, is depicted by Luka Megurine)
- Ma, under the pseudonyms of "Elluka Ma Clockworker" met Gallerian's father and the had a baby together (this baby is Gallerian himself) then she disappeared.
- Since she's immortal when Ma returned (now calling herself just "Kayo Sudou" or "Ma") and met Gallerian, now an adult, he didn't recognize her and thought she was just a fan of his mother
- Gallerian and Ma begun a collaboration to collect the Vessels of Sin (for reasons) and at some point they...had sex (bleagh!🤢) and Ma became pregnant with Nemesis Sudou (the future Sinner of Wrath, not present in the video, which Ma used to dump Levia's soul, basically transferring it to her child's body. Irina's soul was instead placed into the original vessel of sloth, I don't remeber what happened to Eve's soul)
So in summary Gallerian, without knowing, had sex with his own mother and sired his own sister.😅

Please… I need a second rerun! I first joined PRSK just weeks after it was first announced. The Memoirs of Wrongdoings event was one I cherished the most. I remember I had grinded so hard to collect all the cards, barely being able to collect them all. I didn’t really prepare, as I didn’t look in the wiki to see it was coming to ENG… then, I had quit PRSK. I just rejoined recently, and realised I just barely missed its rerun! Such a shame, too. I miss those cards, they meant a lot to me… I can only hope PRSK will allow them to return, for now. But I have hope!

Venomania and Nemesis are played by Gakupo and Gumi respectively but they aren't part of the game cast. There may be plans to expand the cast but I believe the two are owned by a separate company (not SEGA) so it might be hard.
No it's becasue Cherubim and Nemesis are represented by Gakupo and Gumi. And they aren't owned by sega. If it was about making it safe about younger players, then this collab wouldn't have happened.

Not happening, Project Sekai's rights with Sega is limited to JUST Crypton Future Media Vocaloids (since their Vocaloids are more popular within the community, having been around since 2004, but didn't rise to fame until Miku was released). Gakupo and GUMI will NEVER be in a Sega game again simply because they are Internet Co. Vocaloids.
