The Flour Shop: From driveway stand to bagel bakery

Jon and Hannah Young opened The Flour Shop as a small stand in their driveway in Ledyard in the fall of 2021. They have turned their pandemic side-gig making bagels and other baked goods on the weekend into a full bakery in Stonington's Velvet Mill.
