The answer is: an awesome physique with massive arms, 3D shoulders and a perfect V-taper.

Of course you do (who doesn’t)… and that’s why I made this video for ya :D
Now in case you can’t do this training routine yet (because it includes pull ups and other advanced moves), don’t worry my fellow nerd.
A lot of people told me the same thing when I uploaded similar videos, and that’s why I made a complete step-by-step calisthenics gameplan that anyone can use to get an anime-level physique in 2025, even if you can’t do a single pullup yet.

Gojo trained a whole lot in later part of the manga cause he never really had to be physically strong, that's why his 0:28 physique is noticeably different from the manga panels.

Ppl saying they can’t do pullups can just pull down to develop the necessary back and arm muscles and focus on trimming their bodyweight. This will allow them to work up to pullups without feeling like they can’t even start attaining an aesthetic physique
I just realized that wasn’t explained well. Pull downs can be lateral exercises using a machine. Another way to start is using ropes and keeping your feet on the floor

body weight isnt the reason people cant do it i used to be able to do none and my friends laughed at me so i started chin ups instead off pull ups and then started doing both its the result of hard work not losing fat

Hey so I’m a bit new to working out and just discovered your channel. I love your videos so far but I had a question. In the workout plan what does 3x mean? Like does it mean 3 times that same day, 3 times before the next rep. You know. I feel kind of dumb and like I’m missing something but I haven’t slept in a week so yea…
I got tired of knuckle and finger pushups.
Get a carpenters hammer and hit your bones. Don’t break them. Like hit them to cause tiny fractures. Depending on how strong you are. Go like 50%. Or lower if you’re are a body builder. Plus weights do increase bone mass.
Do Zoro physique cause I mean just look at him. Bro is just jacked ( but he does do like impossible weightlifting so...)

Regarding your way of doing archer push ups, it seems like worth mentioning that they should be done on the weaker side first, or I must be misunderstanding something.
So you do however many push ups on one side, then alternating reps and after that you go to an other side, right? It's going to be more tired from those alternating push ups already

If you can't do pullups, do negatives which is basically reverse pullups. I went from absolute 0 pullups 3 years ago, to 100 pullups 3 years later with a decent physique.
