Ppl saying they can’t do pullups can just pull down to develop the necessary back and arm muscles and focus on trimming their bodyweight. This will allow them to work up to pullups without feeling like they can’t even start attaining an aesthetic physique

If you can't do pullups, do negatives which is basically reverse pullups. I went from absolute 0 pullups 3 years ago, to 100 pullups 3 years later with a decent physique.
Regarding your way of doing archer push ups, it seems like worth mentioning that they should be done on the weaker side first, or I must be misunderstanding something. So you do however many push ups on one side, then alternating reps and after that you go to an other side, right? It's going to be more tired from those alternating push ups already
Lowkey actually helpful, my arms have always been a weaker part of my physique so the arm part is helpful. My back and shoulders are pretty good so I’m not gonna use some of the tips (I can do 15 pull-ups)

I dont have a pull up bar at home and do have some wieghts with me of 10 kg each can u make a video regarding building body in a combination of using dumbells and calisthenics to make body like that of an anime characters at home
I would say pull ups 3 times a week also biceps Curls the same day,legs Also 3 Times a week(explosive squads) and shoulders(later raises, any kind of inclined press, also the raises for the posterior shoulder 4 Times a week( since shoulders are the muscle that recover the fastest, 2-3 times a week explosive push ups almost to failure( same for the other muscles) sprinting 2-3 times a week is neccesary for hormone growth and Its very healthy, once you got few months you get into some martial arts for begginers i would recomend kick boxing(not leaving apart the previous training) also personal growth is really important but of you are doing this things shouldnt be hard to grow on more aspects of your Life, yes i have been doing alm of this.

Hey there, I don't want to sound like a hater, but knuckle-pushups should be done one the first two knuckles and not the last four(at least that's what they taught me in my 12 years of kyokushin), I don't know if thats for safety reasons or just to strenghten them, but if someone knows the reason I'd gladly listen to it.

Go on a cutting phase, but keep some fat so you can still build muscle. (So stop at like, skinny fat). For a cutting phase, just focus on cardio and running around 4-5 times a week. Then, train deadhangs. (3 sets of 15-20 seconds) and after a couple weeks you'll be able to do negatives. Stick with negatives until you can pull off some pretty decent reps of normal pull ups. Austrian/door frame pull ups are also a REALLY good start
