If the 2017 tax cuts are allowed to sunset in 2025 as they are scheduled to do, tax rates across the board are going higher and the standard deduction, which is taken by 87% of taxpayers, will be cut in half thereby resulting in a higher tax bill for the overwhelming majority of taxpayers. I can appreciate the SALT deduction living in NJ, but admittedly, the lower tax rates combined with the $29,200 standard deduction for married filing jointly is far more beneficial for a much larger cohort of taxpayers.

I've been making a lot of losses trying to make profit trading. I thought trading on a demo account is just like trading the real market.
Can anyone help me out or at least advise me on what to do?
Very simple.
If I looked at a chart with you, would you be able to tell me whether I should buy or sell or you don't know so I should stay out? Those are your only three options when you look at a chart. Hoping something will happen that your rules won't tell you how to handle will guarantee that you lose.
Another thing is whether you're investing too much emotionally which means financially on each trade, so you get emotionally attached to each position and don't treat it the way you should, like cold hard cash.
Another way to think about it is to ask yourself, if you're a beginner, why is it a problem to lose on every trade?
If it's totally random whether you win or lose, there's nothing wrong with it.
Watch George’s videos, and start watching the stocks he talks about. This one system changed the way I invest and saved me so much headache and pain. I now know when to bail on any stock and it actually works.
