Tekken 8 is a fighting game developed by Banda Namco, and is the latest in the long lasting Tekken franchise! This game takes place six months after the events of Tekken 7, and features familiar characters such as Kazuya Mishima, Jin Mishima, Nina Williams, Leroy Smith, King, and more. New to the series includes Reina, the daughter of Heihachi, Jack-8, the latest Jack model, and Victor Chevalier, the French grandmaster of the Raven Unit. New mechanics includes the Heat System and Tornado Hits, and also includes online Rollback Netcode. This game is available to play on PlayStation 5 (PS5), Xbox Series X/S, and PC (Steam).

As a wifi player, I always regret giving wifi players a shot.
Well thats just double trouble lol, im wifi for now until i get a good extension chord lol but lag usually happens against another wifi player
@@sebastianmoscoso9404 yeah I'm unfortunately in a situation where I can't run an Ethernet cord. Generally my connection is fine but damn it can get rough sometimes. At the end of the day I'd rather play the game than not but first chance I get I'm gonna run it wired.
@@sebastianmoscoso9404 it's tough tbh. Most of the time the games are pretty smooth so I should give T8 props for that even if the rollback could be better. But for sure some wifi on wifi action can get really rough. A good thing about Tekken 8 is generally very minor packet loss will affect the wifi player first instead of the Ethernet player.
It sucks to be in a situation where I can't run an Ethernet cable through my whole house but you already know first chance I get im gonna get wired.
The worst part about playing on wifi tbh though is just knowing like all the really good players who won't play w you, and dealing w people who tell you shit like you shouldn't even play the game just because your situation can't have a wire. Like I'm gonna be real this game is so good there's not much you could do to make me not play it. It can be demotivating and pretty annoying at times though. Especially as you get in higher ranks and people start denying you like 5 times in a row or more. I don't blame them ofc, I blame the game for not having better netcode. But it does suck to be in that situation.

I do the same thing! I give wifi one shot a day then back to all wired 😂
You cant really punish RA whiffs with your own RA anymore. Its always safer to do a combo or grab
There is a good number of characters that players hate on Tekken 8 and that is Dragonov,King,Victor,Azucena,Devil Jin,Xiaoyu,Jun,Reina and a minor of other few characters that don't get much hate but still just as annoying to deal with. The only ones don't get much hate are the ones that are rarely played and that are low tiers like Panda.

Bruh I have 2k hours on T7 alone and even then i somemtimes forget that, tbh I usually just float them while they are in the air, is just a reflex thing i guess.

Wifi players need their own servers so they can lag against each other instead of me who accidentally clicked accept
T8 feels like ever char is really good. throws feels a lot stronger and with extra panic buttons. i still have stressful fun with this game tho XD

Hating Dragunov, but ignoring Azucena and King are more annoying over Drag, Drag was bad in T7, he deserve be strong now.
He got nerfed the latter half of T7 he was really good in the beginning to middle half of the game.
For me it's Jun. Her healing on block from HS is enough for that character to be insufferable
He was not bad. He doesn't deserve to be OP. No character needs to be as strong as he is

Most annoying is victor HANDS DOWN lol. Even azucena infamous running elbow knee attack is not as annoying as victor as a whole lol

@@Michael_Lochlann I have a friend who has 2000+ hours in T7 and he always ducks my throw on reaction because he didn't wanna learn breaks. It's so frustrating getting ducked and blown up lmao
You gotta learn to punish correctly and if you think those characters are annoying now wait till you reach the higher ranks with the better players 😂

@@savage-stan0729 Hworang is not strong, he's mediocre. I don't think Yoshi is strong anymore after the flash nerfs, also mediocre.
Azu for sure is dumb, Jun has dumb stuff but is not really seeing use atm.
