it comes in ibc tanks a concentrate, the ibc tanks gets connected to a tank, which all is connected to a syrup silo and a carbon dioxide silotank, water pressure goes in and it mixes in line and then gets filled

@Jac Love. In the US they don’t use sugar in Coca-Cola they use high-fructose corn syrup (HFCS) here in Australia we use sugar in Coca-Cola

that actually works out for me, as I'm applying for a job there and this was very informative of the way the packaging department is laid out, so i'll have _some idea_ what's going on in the room if i get the job.

I don’t know where this is, but here in America the label has to be on the bottle for QA before it’s filled. This video is so in accurate for how the process goes.
Im just curious, how does putting labels before affects quality of the drink inside?
Which plant do you work at? At my plant’s the bottle gets filled then labeled for QA pick up. And I’ve seen it done this way in California, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Texas, and New York.

I remember when I used to have my Softgle comfort that everytime saves me from all unforseen accidents. We should always think of our safety first!

We are most a like the machine that we used here in our company in the philippines. We are different in filler because we are using the hot fill. The Krones. I saw the filler, the carousel, capper, the infeed and outfeed starwheel, i think from preform to blowing to filler and downstream you are using the krones, also the shrink wrapping... So impresive...

Exemplo:
Caso vc tiver em sua casa uma ferramenta enferrujada, um alicate, uma chave de rodas.., ou até um pedaço de ferro.
Coloque em um recipiente e deixe de molho no líquido (coca-cola) por um dia.

I almost did not watch this video because the title said how Coca-Cola is made I was scared to know what you are putting in it because I drink it so much. Coca-Cola is my favorite soda I cannot go to bed without one I usually have it sitting on my nightstand I think I drink them all day long I was drinking them so much my side start hurting I have to stop drinking them I have not dropped them in about a year now but please believe me I still have three cases of them in my home because soon as the store getting hot in the summer I will go back to drinking them I do it every time but I drank them so much I started hurting but Coca-Cola is one of my favorite soda ever back when I tell my grandkids go grab me a beer out the refrigerator they look at me and start smiling because they know I mean my Coca-Cola just saying

depende de pessoa para pessoa. Há quem beba mas não todos os dias, há quem beba todos os dias pelo menos às refeições e também há malucos que bebem umas 10 latas de coca cola por dia. Eu gostava de saber quem é que bebe 10 latas por dia para dar cabo da saúde. Conheço uma pessoa que bebia 8 latas e agora anda a fazer tratamento por causa dos problemas. Eu bebia três no máximo quatro a cada dois dias, agora ainda tenho algumas no frigorifico mas estou mais virado para água fresca ou natural.
O pior ingrediente é o ácido fosfórico, não é o açúcar como falam.

The factory looks immaculately impressive but it's not the most thorough video. I was hoping to see more of the production and the can manufacturing.
As someone that has actually seen the process (the Coca-cola shipping operation in La Plata, MD used to be a bottling - not canning - operation - and they offered tours to the county schools and other interested groups) the only difference is in terms of scale. (Worse, as soon as secrets (trade or any other) get involved, out come the *curious cats* - and TH-cam is no different from the documentary makers - and streaming services - such as Discovery Communications, PBS, NPR, and even the BBC Trust (The Beeb).

The capping machine is set to put the caps on at a specific tightness. If it's not tight enough it's put on a quality hold and probably thrown away. Too tight the cap might break off.
