Hint for the eyeliner hack: She only used her edge of her nail - she didn't touch it with any skin on her finger. That's how she got it to work!

hey james!! loved the video! for the eyeliner hack where the girl pulled out her wing with the her finger, i would use your finger nail. that’s how i always did it and it worked perfectly

You should do a back to the basics video series and do basic skill tutorials. Like eyeliner skills, blending techniques, learning about different brushes, ect. Not that old how to’s aren’t usable anymore but it’d be nice to have updated videos with current favorite products. Anyway love you ❤

The first eyeliner hack didn't work cuz she used her nail to give a sharp line but he used his whole finger so it smudged

hi James! I'm writing this comment as someone who doesn't live in America and doesn't have any Ulta,CVS,Target or Dollar Store's lying around. It would be great if you could try out some cheaper brands that we can access like Trend It Up,Catrice,Alverde,S-He or Miss Sporty.
I feel like as a person who (always) shops on a budget and uses these brands on the daily,it would be fun to see you try them out,give your opinion on them,thank you!

When I was a teen, carefully putting fire on your eyeliner, was something everyone did lol you just put the fire on it for no time at all. Just tap the eyeliner with the fire till it’s clearly a different texture
the "finger" creating the eyeliner wing part does actually work lol, when I get too lazy to do a legit wing ill just take the very edge of my nail, and it sharpens the wing. I've done it for years, it really works but I use the edge of my nail, not my actual finger lol

12:25 what I do to get a snatch result is just use my nail. I swear it works and if you want a smokey eye look that is the best technique 💗💗

The first eyeliner hack works IF you use a clean finger UNDER your eye and pull up following the line of your outer corner But it has to be UNDER the eye not on the wing.

hey james just to maybe clarify but when you pull the eyeliner you dont pull it wiht your tip finger you pull it from your nail so the sharp end is made
