Hi there! There are 3 options for an E7 work visa. You either have to 1. Have 5 years of experience in the same field 2. Have 2 years of experience + a BA in a related major 3. It's not that they wouldn't prefer it. It's just that they will have nothing to verify your level is as good as you say it is. So, even if you put it on your resume, they will probably ask about your score or your level in relation to the TOPIK test. It depends on the company, but in my case I actually had to submit my TOPIK certificate to prove what I had said on my resume. If you can, the best option is to take the TOPIK exam so you can add it to your resume.

Some companies sponsor work visas. You just have to find one that will agree to do it and meet the other visa requirements.
