The audio you hear from this performance is the studio version or a pre recorded version that they heavily edited. People are saying they sang live when they recorded this performance though, which you can see at times, like with wendy at 1:47 and boa at 2:03. They actually change their expression when singing a note that usually is more difficult to hit, and their mouth shape matches what they should be singing . I dont know why sm feels the need to slap a clean, flawless version of the song on when these girls have no problem singing live. Its okay to sound breathy, uneven and not perfect while singing live, thats what make live singing live.
Its ironic how sm produces the best vocalists in kpop, but doesnt let their artists show those skills.

because the insane notes are lip synced not live (not saying she cant sing it, just more risky to do live), so they do a wide shot so its less obvious and harder to tell

Ningning is a singer since she was 9-12 years old, shes a performer already on stage at such young age, so some wonder how come she can stand on her own with these legends, BoA and Wendy. It's because Ningning is already a pro singer since predebut. She is very experience! Mind yall shes the youngest here, but her stage presence and vocals manage to standout.
