I have definitely repaired my own bags. I have never been banned from a store but I did have a bad experience when I used some gift cards at a department store. If that were to happen to me today, I just wouldn't make the purchase there. I used to be more into bags in the past but my interests have changed as well. I am happy with what I have and I may save up for something for Christmas but it is still up in the air.
