Not sure of the model of our sleep number bed, but we have a king size and we love it. It is by far the best bed I've ever slept in. My sleep number is 55 and my husband's is 25. This bed works perfect for us. Now we bought ours on Craig's list from a very nice lady for a great price. We were watching the sales and just happened to see this bed. Our bed is about 5 years old and we have had it for over a year and we still love it. It's calling my name right now.
Had the twin bed for over 10 years. Works for me. Very happy with the select comfort. The best I've ever had.

I've had my Sleep Number bed for 10 years and I love it! I have slept on standard mattresses which cause joint pain in my neck, shoulders and hips. I have also slept on foam mattresses which cause me to get hot plus it creates the same joint pain as regular mattresses do. Foam mattresses also sag over time causing a sinkhole in the middle of the bed. On my Sleep Number bed, the only part I've had to repair/replace is the remote that controls the air pump. The LED went out on the remote and the numbers could not be seen on the screen. The remote still worked but I want to be able to see the number read out so I replaced it. I am currently in the process of reviewing adjustable bed frames to use with my Sleep Number bed. I agree that Sleep Number charges WAY too much for the adjustable bed frame. But, there are other manufacturers which provide a compatible bed frame for the Sleep Number mattress. The Sleep Number bed removed my joint pain and provides an excellent night's sleep!

I’ve had the select comfort bed, now sleep number. It’s 18 yrs old and is starting to sag. I had the split matters king and hated the split in the middle so I got a full king size mattress and it’s much better other than if two people are in the bed both sides have to be adjusted the same way......for me it’s better than the split but since I’ll be shopping for another I may go back to the split, because the king mattress cover will only adjust minimally on one side. I love this bed and will be out tomorrow shopping for one.

Tony Stark not true. I’m on an iPhone and can adjust playback speed. The control is in the upper right corner dropdown menu when you tap the video screen.
I have had my bed for eight years and love it. I got the adjustable frame and love it. I can raise the head for reading and raise the legs too. I didn't get the top of the line but one down and it's great. I did have one of the lower end models and that was not good for me so I up graded and am happy with the bed.
Ek Chuah Studios were thinking about getting one as well, but all of these bad reviews are scarying me 🤔
Paul, they are still in business, so people must love these beds. Otherwise, another company, with their mattress would get all their customers, and they wouldn't be able to stay in business. Have you ever thought, that maybe other people might be giving this company bad reviews, to get customers to go to their stores to buy their beds?

I purchased my first sleep number bed in 2001. We decided to upgrade and purchased an IQ split top adjustable king sleep number bed in 2019 and have nothing but problems with it. Last year both air chambers had to be replaced. The first team that was sent out to service bed didn't seem to know much about the bed at all. The second team was knowledgeable and told me that I had the wrong outside cover and magnets and the magnets had been attached in the wrong position which explains why the mattress kept sliding off one side of the bed which had to be readjusted at least every day. It took me several tries to get to a manager to help resolve the issue. Of course, it was going to cost me $600 to replace something that was wrong from the first day of installation. Forget about this company doing anything for free anymore! Every time I've had to have something fixed on this bed, I had to pay upfront before they would even schedule a service call. The warranty is a joke. A bed this expensive shouldn't have to have major parts replaced so soon after purchase. My side still doesn't hold the setting. I'm constantly having to adjust the setting to keep it at my perfect pressure. I have spent over $700 in the past 3 months to get this bed to operate as it should. I had no problems with my old bed losing air and it was moved a couple of times. Maybe I just got a "lemon" with this bed but have not been happy with this one at all. I'm waiting for the next team to come tomorrow to install the new cover, magnets and cover. We'll see how this one goes and if any problems are resolved.
My 1st numbers been I got in 2006 and the only issue I had the the cover eventually fell apart and mattress would slide. I had that bed until 2020. My daughter got a split king adjustable bed and one side is 2 inches past the foot of the frame and the air is hard to keep in the mattress. She paid over 10,000. For her bed
to make a long story short. we wanted a Cal. King four poster bed frame and a sleep number mattress to go into the bed. We ordered the mattress in Dec 2017 and it was delivered and set up on the 22nd (the setup took less than 10min). we did not have the bed frame yet, we didn't find one we liked for a month or two and then it took a while to get it. We final had our new Cal. King four post bed delivered on April 8th 2018. We set the bed up and it looked great, we then tried to put the mattress on the bed, well it didn't fit. it was to wide and it was too short for the bed frame. We naturally thought it was the bed frame, well it wasn't, in December when we went to the Tysons Corner sleep number store in Virginia, requested if a Cal. King P6 mattress was an option, we were told yes so we paid for it then and there. The sales people were a little perplexed at the Cal. King requested but assured us that we could get it, it might just take a little longer. So instead of ordering a Cal. King they ordered just a King, and it is not obvious by all the order codes on the paperwork what we ordered so we didn't catch it. when the mattress was delivered and set up, there is no tag that says what size mattress you have, so we didn't catch it there either. we did catch it when we tried to put a King mattress on a Cal.King bed frame but customer service says its past the first 100 days so they will not fix the problem. We recommend anyone doing business with sleep number check what you order and have the sales person write specifically what you order in plain english on the order form, because they will sell you something in stock vs. what you want if they think you wont notice or don't know any better. One last though, My wife had issues with sales and customer service, she felt like they were treating her like she was dumb and didn't know anything, I also witness this when I talked to them. it might be isolated, but worth mentioning. our sleep number customer number is 1013881647
I love ours. had it for 5 years! the only problem I had was the matress cover that they say you must use in order to make the warranty on certain things useable. was that the cover now made the temperature control feature within the mattress top fabric useless. thus I would wake up hot and sweaty. so we bought a new kind that was also made of the same temperature control fabric. and cooling sheets as well. I HATE memory foam- I feel like im going to burst into flames it holds hbody heat so much. so on my side of the bed I don't have the memory foam in although my husband does. we will re-purchase a sleep number and NEVER a spring mattress ever again
Got news for you if you have the newer style with sleep number app on your phone the app is watching everything you do in your bad when we called customer service they were able to tell us details that were totally creepy and scary we deleted the app and got rid of the bed...
The middle of the bed sleepers will actually trade away the bed from the base leaving the side of the bed injured to slide off the base of which I’ve found no fix for. So any ideas would be great. We have a king base with 2 twins anchored on with sleep number equipment
We had a sleep number bed about 20 years ago. It was the bottom of the line one too. It lasted far longer than any of the beds I have had to replace since I got rid of the sleep number bed. When we had to store it and the air chambers got moldy the company replaced it years later for free. As a matter of fact, most of the parts were replaced at no charge over the course of the several years we had the bed. after all the garbage mattresses we have been through since,
I wish we had just upgraded to a higher end sleep number. We are now looking to replace the mattress in our RV and I think I am going back to the sleep number. This video was a scam. She showed you a deflated air chamber and a bottom of the line bed. If she did not like it well that's one thing but to bash a company over nothing is another. Maybe she needs to go back to sleeping in a dorm. Sounds like she was happier that way.

I HAD MINE FOR 5 YEARS, ONE FACTCTORY ONE TIME REPLACEMENT AND THAT WENT BAD THIS MONTH AND THE WIFE SIDE HAS A SLOW LEAK. TOO MUCH MONEY FOR TOO MUCH TROUBLE

I fall to the middle in mine. The solution was to use a fairly thick quality memory foam topper.
The idea of dual chambers is nice, BUT it would be a better bed with a single chamber and a lot cheaper.
The bed is hard on my hips. It does not seem to contour to my body (specifically my hips). To me it is a glorified air mattress. It should help with people with lower back pain, but does not help with side sleepers in my opinion. I wanted to love this bed, but I have lost sleep. I will continue to try it as we have more time in our trial, but I have lost a ton of hope. I have had more pain in my hips after using the Sleep Number bed.
Also, if you choose a low number (for instance 30 or 35) and you have to get up to go to the bathroom, good luck. You are climbing out of essentially a canoe. It is hard to get your body over the edges.
I don't know. I have trouble relating to some of the negative owner experiences. We have what must be the first model ever sold. It could be at least 12 maybe 15 years since purchased. (maybe longer)
- It might have been a little expensive best I can recall. But as cautious about price as we are, it couldn't have been way out of line or we wouldn't have purchased it.
- We DID have a pump failure within the 1st week of ownership. The manufacturer immediately sent a replacement pump overnight without the slightest issue
- we've had that same pump now for the whole time and it's VERY VERY quiet, but you can hear it hum. BUT, it doesn't leak, so the ONLY time it runs is if you change your sides' pressure. Never runs any other time. If either of us run it though, it would never be loud enough to wake you up. (ours is on a thick carpeted floor though-I can see where hardwood might amplify the sound-still it seldom runs - hardly ever and you must start it)
- I like the middle, but only get to sleep there if she's out of town or visiting with family. I have no issue with the middle of the mattress
- definitely no mold...
- Having also slept on foam mattresses, I'd buy a sleep number again and so would my wife.
- "Back pain," have some lower back issues, no mattress helps it or makes any perceptible change. (I'm old...)
- Some years later we did install a 3" foam topper. Neither before or after that topper did we have any trouble with "heat." The topper however, was purchased "with heat considered." I don't recall where we purchased it, but we do not get hot. (either before the topper or after) I don't recall why we purchased the topper. I'd guess we thought we were missing something looking at new sleep number beds with foam tops. BUT, we have it (mattress and topper) to this day and it's still comfortable.
- We did years later try a big name brand coil spring pillow top mattress. It's now in our grand-daughters room. It seems to be OK for her though, when she visits. The grandsons sleep on a Serta air bed when they come. (and they do like it very much-I do have trouble with that models' air system though-this is a temporary queen bed)
- We have NOT noticed a break-in period. It's been the same throughout the ownership. We never knew to expect it would last this long. I'd say we'll keep it until "something" changes. But to say it's been reliable is a massive understatement. I have no other word to describe the product though. "Reliable."
I guess I could go point for point, but, "We like it and it doesn't cause an trouble." I happened to see the "sleepy guys'" video. I haven't thought about that mattress in years until today. :) (well other than sleeping on it)
I bought the Queen modes basic model. I had just tried a regular mattress and didn't like it - it is hard to try a bed in a store and know what you can sleep on. You only get one more try and that is not enough (and you can not adjust them at all). The sleep number is usable but not as good as I hoped. The foam around the edge makes the bed smaller and you cant use that area. The bed is not real good for side sleeping, the selection of the firmness is not as good as I hoped- I'm not sure adding or decreasing air really helps as much as I hoped. I put a foam pad on and that helps some. At least it is adjustable but the adjustability is not as good as hoped. I think there are ways to improve the bed such as reducing or eliminating the outer foam edge so you can sleep near the wall like a normal mattress. Taking air out seems to make it like a hammock- helps some but it is limited- I may get a thicker pad. I still feel some pain in my lower back in the morning and toss and turn some. I have had the bed about 6 months. Bed is actually better for stomach sleeping than I expected but you should sleep on something and use the firm setting. The bed is warmer with the foam which is kind of good at least in the winter.

IF you dont like the video, move on! Why in the world to you have to put someone down, especially someone who was trying to give you some useful information about mattresses. He wasnt dissing you or your family, he wasnt mean to you in any way. What in the world is wrong with you? GROW UP! You are not funny, you are hurtful and ugly.
i own a sleep number and i love it we got it last night i do not work for sleep number i am 13 ps do not get the dual chambers it is not good so we have just 1 chamber
Hey y’all so I had the problem of my bed not filling the hose kept trying to start and I called sleep number and found out that if your hose has any bends or if my hose is not fully connected the pump will not work

I have a sleep # and have mixed feelings. The middle, "the" complaint - is HARD. I use the bed alone and am very sorry I bought a dual control mattress!!! I wonder if it would make a difference if it were just one? Not the only reason I don't like my bed, loss of air, hoses run into wall and remotes fall down under the bed - BAD and you have to unplug the motor and plug it back in to make the remotes work properly. For the price, I thought it would be a MUCH better bed.
Kathy-If your bed is Queen or smaller you can switch it to a single chamber bed, call SN customer service don't "wonder" on a youtube page... if your bed is losing air why don't you do a youtube search for "Troubleshooting for airloss in my Sleep Number bed" betcha that'll help .OR If it doesn't then call SN customer service. Hose run into wall? um what? Push your bed a inch or 2 AWAY from the wall you dont want your hoses dragging against the wall...problem solved! (prob the reason for your "air loss" issue) Remotes fall under the bed? That's what nightstands are for to put your remotes on them. Yes once and awhile (if power goes out or power surge) you might have to re-sync the remotes..it takes 2 mins big deal...How about learning how to use your product correctly...maybe spending some time with the bed manual or using Sleep Numbers web site instead of complaining on this guys lame review website with totally out of date information on it. NOTE: Most companies are constantly updating their products this guy and his "reviews" are about as useful as someone doing a review on a 1987 Toyota Corolla and saying this is what Corolla's drive like today.

We just purchased one tonight for a whopping 6 grand! It has the 25 year warranty and I have a relative who raves about how much they love theirs. We had been spending a thousand dollars every 3 years on box spring beds, so if this bed lasts as long as advertised, it isn't that expensive.
I absolutely love waterbeds, but my wife hates them, so this is somewhat of a compromise for us to both have the firmness we are looking for.
While I find the price a couple thousand high, I think the idea sounds good. I just hope that I don't regret it in a year or two.
I feel for you. We had to replace both leaking chambers in less than 2 years. They want $279 each, not covered under warranty, they don't stand behind the product. The whole point of the company is to be able to sell a box shipable bed. That's it. The rest is marketing. Get a latex bed. Wayyy better use of your money.
JLXPRO That's not accurate. Warranty covers 100% for the first 2 years then 20% of the part that needs replacement of which the most expensive part is $500 so 20% you can do the math.
kdw75 Enjoy and experience it for yourself. So far the best bed I've owned. Had many and none has the flexibility and comfort of my i8. To each its own but sometimes people just talk crap without experiencing the product the right way.

We have had the 360 split King for 2 mts and we are finding the noise from the air pumps, especially the cold air one horrible. The technicians answer " that's how they come" and left. Just horrible customer care from the technicians. Both the ones that set it up and the ones that came today.

We love our sleep number bed and we bought it soon after they came out before all the improvements. Could I do without the ridge in the center? You betcha but the quality of my sleep out weighs any inconvience I may have with the lump. I have SEVERE arthritus in my hips and neuropathy in my legs and feet and before we got this bed it took me several minutes to just get out of bed in the mornings and even then I often had to take pain meds before getting up then wait for them to work b4 i got up.
Have had one for 10 years love it and so does my husband.We cant waite to get a new one w all the bells and whistles.
As far as the performance of the sleep number mattress this bed may be good for some ,but now for me it has caused me more pain than I ever had . I have not had a good nights sleep since I had it and the 100 day trial for the birds as I called three times and you still have to pay for it even if it does not work for you as an individual. It cost way to much not to get 100% satisfaction. I personally am not a happy customer and would not ever buy another one or advice someone to buy it so weather you like it or not so the 100 night trial is a fraud. I tried to get it picked up after the first two weeks.So hope you get a better deal than I did. NOT HAPPY CUSTOMER AT ALL

Sleep Number (SN) is the winner. In the past water beds were king. Total hardness control and heat cool control. Now if you do not have a SN with a 1-2 inch hot Memory Foam Mattress Topper. Buy Memory Foam Mattress Topper and remover the SN foam insert and install Memory Foam Memory Foam Mattress Topper inside your SN pillow top. That is a simple un zip and install. 1-2 Memory Foam

SN king or queen can be torn down and picked up and moved by kids or little old ladies So moving or changing be loacation is a nicce feature that no other bed has.
Sad since I just bought a tempurpedic and it sank on one edge already in less then 45 days. Mattress firm claims 100 days 100% money back guarantee so I'm sending it back but saw sealy not backup warranty online, don't know about serta, saw how restonic looks inside like CRAP, and now this review showing flaws. Where's a good mattress when you need one. Please send me a recommendation below I'm gonna search latex as I read from a comment but let me know what you think.
Here's the game, keep you on the hook by sending out egg crate foam until you pass your 100 days, then you are stuck with a bad investment. Can you say LEMON!! Then if you call customer service they keep you on hold for hours until you finally hang up. I'm sending my $3,000 bed to the land fill. That's where junk belongs.
Save your money and get a camping air mattress. It's the same thing...bad support, back aches, shoulder ache, and waking up at night in pain.
Mark Spiegelhalter I've had mine for over 5 years and I still love it. I wish I could afford to upgrade to an adjustable bed but unfortunately I'm unable to do that. I have had back issues for over a decade. This has been about the best bed I have slept on since I started having back issues. actually the weekend I purchased my sleep number bed I had woke up and could hardly move. I was almost doubled over . I went back to the store to look at them again. I had already been there the day before and was told to feel free to come back and check them out anytime. so I went back to the store and tested out a couple of the beds. of course the cheapest one and then one that was more middle of the road , which ended up being the one I purchased. After laying down on the bed for about 15-30 minutes I got back up and I was in a lot less pain than I was before I laid down. because of the quick relief I decided to go ahead and get it. I have not reqretted my purchase. The only thing is , I wish I would have went ahead and got the adjustable one instead. I was able to finance the entire purchase and was able to pay it off ahead of time. reasonable payments. I had major back surgery before I bought this bed and I really wish I had had this bed to recover from my back surgery. I think it would have made my recuperation quicker. I really love my sleep number and I have had several surgeries since I purchased this bed and it has definitely made it a lot easier for me to stay in bed when I needed to. I do recommend that you buy at least the middle of their line. the lower end of the line is not worth it. I've known some people who have had that bed and hated it within the first week. then they have tried laying on mine and tell me that they understood why I love mine so much. I will never have any other type of bed in my bedroom.
Most people with problems never call customer service directly, which would solve the problem rapidly. I don't understand why people would rather complain than ger results...

You would have done a better service if you owned and slept in a sleep number bed. I bought 3 different beds over the course of 2 years before I found Sleep Number! Never had a better bed!
I have had the bed for 12 years. But I have enjoyed it less and less. It has ALWAYS sagged in the center. And it is not conducive to intimacy between two people because 45 on one side is not the same as 45 on the other. I don't want to be wasting time trying to figure out the perfect numbers to match the height of both sides. On the positive side, it has been great from my neck and back as I've suffered two debilitating injuries and for that, I am grateful. Mind you the reason I did not replace it earlier s because of the expense. The number control is so dim forget trying to read it in the dark. Maybe the newer ones are brighter. I am now in a position to afford a new bed and it will not be an air mattress.

Sagging could've been fixed easy (you have a 20 year warranty) they can send either new air chambers or "lifts" (lifts are added supports for the air chambers) in about 3-5 days. Oh they can get you new remotes too but you know you'd HAVE TO CALL THEM TO GET HELP!!! Tough i know to pick up the phone..it's so much easier to watch random video's on youtube for 6 hours and take the time to write stuff here... oh and finally you don't "want to waste time by trying to match the firmness on the bed" BUT YOU'LL WASTE TIME WRITING ON THIS DUDES TH-cam CHANNEL?? Can't fix stupid....

Almost the same thing with me. I only spent 4K. Since day one nothing but back pain. there should be a class action against this fraudulent company. After 2 weeks we can no longer sleep on this piece of junk. I wish I would have read the reviews first instead of looking at the research they provided.Stay away from this product

Common sense would tell you that any research that you do on a product would not be totally honest if you relied on the facts stated by the people that make it. Best to review what people say that actually bought one and have had real experiences with it.
I bought one in the last 6 months. I had ot change the mattress because I kept falling into the middle. I wake up every day in pain because of this bed. It is a hunk of shit on a good day.

I've owned mine for seven years, and now I wake up with horrible back pain. Sleep Country Canada won't do anything, I have to call the States direct. I work full-time, cannot call the "help-line" within the office hours. Spent a small fortune on this bed. Not happy with it, at all.
I bought the whole set up with adjustable frame. $5,000.00 I hate it. I wish I spent $3000.00 on a really great mattress.

We have a sleep number bed in our RV. It is used only three months a year and is now four years old. It leaks on one side. The egg crate type pad has ripped longitudinally. The sides are broke down from occasionally sitting and putting on my socks. I am not huge or obese but the king sized sleep number needs over six hundred dollars worth of parts and has been used for 12 months. I will avoid this produce in the future.

Something most people don't understand about the new app on your phone and system in the bed it collects data on your sleep motion movement who's in the bed sex life everything and post it to the research page so if you like somebody watching what you do in the bed by a select comfort I guess there are voyers into that kind of thing

Because they only give you so many days for a trial! Most of the problems occur AFTER the trial and then you are up the creek without a paddle! I've got a bed in a box queen mattress, bought two years ago and already causes me severe pain.....meanwhile, two years and twelve hundred bucks, out the window! They don't build these things to last I don't care what their warranty states! Memory foam gasses off worse than my husband and you have to spend another couple of hundred bucks for a heavy cotton cover so you won't sweat! Just a big circle jerk here from the mattress companies! You should all look up all the chemicals they infuse these mattresses with! No wonder we all have stuffy noses and breathing problems.
OMG, can't a girl get a normal review of this bed? This guy may have some great info, but he is speaking like a robot talking to a 4 yr old who isn't fluent in English. The other guy I tried to watch kept repeating phrases like " actually, I mean" or " what I'm sayin'",etc.
Everyone bodies are different, but you never really know if you like Sleep Number beds, unless you give them a try. Meaning within the time limit to return or exchange it.

They suck! My ex liked her side soft and I firm, try rolling over to hold each other and enjoy falling into the middle where there is NO support ,just a cheap piece of soft foam,. Save your money if you are a couple
The problem with this research is it's taking into account the full history of select comfort a lot of people who've had the bed for a long time for the past 2 years the numbers are terrible the company has changed its total garbage now it used to be a great company now it's terrible customer service is terrible everything about the company is terrible now...

These beds come apart and are easy to move
my wife really likes our sleep number P5, I hate it. It has been one year and I actually sleep now in my 8 year old bed that I bought for $500. So much more comfortable. It is a glorified air mattress. The only pro is that if you move, it does break down easily for transport.I don't think people would dislike the bed so much if the price wasn't so high. It should be at most a $1,000 bed. Especailly since they charge you a lot for the legs, bracket for the headboard and the cost for delivery.
HOW TRUE!!! We purchased one of these pieces of junk in 2012. It has been a 2 year battle trying to get a functional bed. We wasted $5500. If you're thinking about a sleepnumber DON'T do it.

Don't buy Sleep Number beds with adjustable bed frame. Air bag lasted 2.75 years and had to be replaced "under warranty"........$270! Also, if your a big person the bed deforms on the sides. I forgot to add this nice touch.....if the replacement air bags do not fix the issue there is no return policy!! Avoid sleep number beds and save yourself thousands!!
DO NOT buy this bed, they don't tell you if you buy ,, the adjustable they don't take it back,,, we just spent over 10,000 dollars the bed is not what they make it out to be, this is what we get from them Hey sorry about your luck, the guys that sit it up cut themselves and got blood on the adjustable and covered it up with the mattress , and still saying hey we will replace it, after they came and took the mattress , like what do you do with it now.. so get your lawyer before buying, we took the salesman at face value ,, the warranty is not what they say it is,, at face value becareful
do as Japanese do - sleep on the floor and your back will be ok. If you are overweight - lose your weight and sleep on the floor. Period

According to his stats, 78% like this bed and they are not here complaining. The reality is that there is a reason why there are so many bed models out there. Everyone is different and everyone has different body sizes and problems. I currently have a box spring with pillow top that is amazing, but for my issue (back pain), the pillow top is creating too much pain for me. Nonetheless, my wife loves it. So, do you think I am going to go to look for a review of that mattress brand and start complaining? No, I try not to waste my time and rather utilizing it in looking for a better alternative for me. Unfortunately, it is trial and error until you find the right mattress for you.
Sleep number beds suck and they lie in their advertisement. I bought mine off QVC because the representative of the company said it had a 20 yr warranty. That's total BS my remote went out after 2 yrs and they wanted $275 to replace it it should've been under warranty no the warranty isn't really for 20 years after the first year it's prorated. I found a mattress company that sold sleep number beds when I lived in Vegas and the sold me it would be $75 for the new remote. Well I'm in Indiana now and that remote went out and I can't put air back in the bed. At least that one lasted 9yrs but I'm back to square one trying to find a new remote.
Would never recommend sleep number to anyone I wish I never got rid of my waterbed for sleep number, and wish I knew of a company that still sold waterbeds

I hate this bed. I have had issues with side sleeping and wake up with numb arm issues. I have neck and shoulder issues no matter what adjustment I use. I have had this bed for almost two years and now looking at selling this bed and going back to a regular mattress.

Rodney. I went and bought me the best mattress, a beauty rest with a firmness but a pillow top recommended for side sleepers. I cannot believe how I do not want to get out of this bed. It is a shame I spent that much money. I feel ripped off!

I hate this bed. I've had it for about 20 years, pump still works good, but when my husband gets up I'm almost thrown out of the mattress. It is like sleeping on a raft and very expensive. I got the cheapest model and there is a wedge on the middle for which they offer a "filler"pad costing like $600.00 (No thanks) I wake-up sore and tired.
You say you hate the bed...then tell us you've had it for 20 years! And you bought the cheapest model!..um ok if you hate something why put up with it for 20 years? You know the product has changed a ton in the last 20 years, in fact this year a whole new line up of beds are getting introduced. This video is seriously antiquated as well.

Top of the line Beauty Rest is way up on my list. It adjusts top -bottom- and massage. and the fit is JUUUSST. RIGHT. # bed commercial is good though. Noise from another remote. deal breaker. and air bed with foam????? no deal. Thanks for all who posted here. if I find card with name of beauty rest I will post it for you.

I have the sleep number since 2002 and now I am having trouble the matters dipping in the middle it is like sleeping on a hill I called the company and they said to pump it up overnight and see if it holds air and then call them or switch matters sides. This does not help at all
Select comfort is the worst company ever don't buy one I had 1 for 20 years it was great the new beds and the new company is total garbage.... The bed hurt my back found out for customer service that they spy on you in the bed yes your sex life everything is on display through the new bed app..... Out of the $8000 we paid they returned 3000 for the mattress However the bases are not returnable according to select comfort... The pick up and delivery guy said why do you think they're so eager to pick up the mattresses they refurbish them and resell them as new straight from the service guy himself.... Select comfort is a terrible company don't buy one
