I felt like a dummy setting this up cause i didnt realize the C and B ment color and black, i had out my cartridges in reverse! Thanks for mentioning it as a part of your video. Sooo easy to follow and set up! 👍
I followed your instructions but I still cant connect my printer to my computer or my phone it always fails to connect is there anything else I can do?
So are you not able to scan multiple documents from the back tray? What the point of having to paper feeders? We have looked everywhere trying to find tutorial on how to scan from back feeder. Grrrrrrrr, so frustrating having to scan 1 page at a time
Always says cassette is open, but it isn't. I have verified multiple times. It will only print when paper fed in rear slot. Cassette is perfectly set up but machine won't recognize it as such.
How do you AirPrint from your MacBook Air m1 using the printer. I only see videos for iPhones and I was under the impression that Drivers weren’t need if you AirPrint. I’m just new to the AirPrint. It’s for my wife working at home. Thanks if you can help
So u have to have the pc or lab top turned on to tell it what to do. What if u only want to make a copy that display won't let u with out having the pc or lab top on??

Some how accidently commented on another video but I heard that with photo paper you need to load it from the top only or it jams. Is this true? Also are there any specific settings for photo printing or printing with heavier paper. Thank you for the great video!
Hello My nephew set up my printer. I don’t think he did alignment and the the color printing is light. How can I go back and check the color ink. My printer is a Pixma TS 6420a. If you can help, I would appreciate it.
If you bought a Canon 6420 return it Canon is going bankrupt this year you won't have ink and it has no support for any of their systems I sympathize with your problems get rid of that printer you'll regret it if you don't
If it does nothing, why do the manufacturers instructions explicitly tell you to do so? Oh thats right to quote the manual "distribute the toner evenly within the cartridge"
This is the only printer I have ever seen that can only scan 1 page at a time. I have a 9 page document and now I need to use another printer. What a stupid design.

Shaking the cartridge does nothing, the ink isn't fluid in the cartridge, its embedded in a sponge

I got glossy paper too, how did you align the paper in the cassette? Did it work well with gloss paper?
This printer is a nightmare. But the ink is super cheap.
