I was at FOX_FEST for the live performance and it was in the middle of the set. Because Babymetal sets are so intense, they usually have one song in the middle of the set that is a bit more relaxed so that everyone can catch their breath. Usually it's something like Monochrome, but for this set it was BND. I was right in front of Tim and I could see that he was playing one of his custom eight string Ibanez guitars. I couldn't see what Scott was playing, but it was at least a seven string. Watching Tim play live was kind of surreal; he's so ridiculously good that it doesn't make sense.
Although this song is a few years old, this was the first time they've ever had the chance to perform it live together, so I think they wanted to capture a live performance that was very close to the original. Seeing it live in person was a fantastic experience that really enhanced my appreciation of the song.

Thanks from Japan 有難う💛。Yeah! "Brand New Day" is a good song to start your day refreshingly.
I witnessed this artistic play at the venue (2 times in the two-day Fox_Fest). What a bliss!! (5th song in 10-song setlist in the festival)
Soothing and exquisite performance by 5 elegant figures in the center 😍. In addition, classy incorporation by our Kami Band on both sides❤. Various elements created by 3 beautiful performers and 6 instrumentalists (4 guitars in total + bass / drum) with virtuosity were mixed and sublimed into one beauty by means of something like alchemy. The actual applause at the end of the song was much much much bigger than that recorded in this video.
They did it together again in Belgian festival on June 20.

Your discussion of dance is excellent! BABYMETAL is characterized by the beauty and uniqueness of its dance. The dance alone can be the subject of a video. For example, SU stands behind MOA and MOMO and sings. It is also interesting to consider the significance of this dance formation. But to talk about it, we will have to talk about it from Sakura Gakuin.

Welcome back to the Foxhole and now going back to Metal Galaxy era.🦊🤘🌅
Once again your intros sketch are unbeatable lol
Metal Galaxy is a wonderful album and full of surprises, you're gonna find more songs like this with more mature sound, it came out in 2019 so isn't so new like you already know.
The album version got the collaboration of Polyphia guitarists and it's quite clear in the solo section.
Tim Henson said when listening to this song that he would love to play this along with BabyMetal on the stage, he didn't know the final cut when he was doing the riffs on this song.
The dance on this song is beautiful and graceful, they're showing another mature side and more complicated choreography. According to MoaMetal is the hardest song to dance along with BxMxC and Night Night Burn iirc, not sure if this statement will be the same now that they got a full new album.
Song is inspired by certain "city pop" band (city pop is a subgenre widely known in Japan) and Utada Hikaru songs, when SuMetal heard this she doubt about it being a metal song but then the guitars solo were added and all make senses suddenly.
Finally we got them together on stage and with this awesome live performance, it is their first time performing together.
They did it again at Graspop Festival in Belgium and they hug each other at the end just like in this version only thing it was cut out, there's also a proshot clip but I'm not so sure about the sound mix.
They finished the Europe Tour and they did it along with EC playing their collab song twice at Resurrection Fest in Spain.
Along with RATATATA this was definitely one of the highlights at FOX_FEST and a lot of Japanese fans were looking for, I guess that cool slow pace city pop element gives some nostalgia and that's why many fans love it.
In a recent interview, Tim and Scott talked about a new song in their upcoming album along with BM, let's see what they got but I'm pretty sure it's gonna be something real good like this one.
In a more recent interview BM said that they would love to collab along with Fall Out Boy, can you imagine?👀
    Next suggestion:
    - Syncopation live at Fox Festival 2017 or Tokyo Dome 2016.
Btw the intro song for every live show is usually "Babymetal Death", but iirc you're not so into that song and the "message" of the shocking live performance at Legend 1997.
Thanks for the shout-out and see you next time. Kitsune up!🦊🤘🔥

Nice reaction! In my opinion, Su's voice in the live version was much better, fuller and softer (relaxed) at the same time.

    Asu ga mata kuru kara.
(Tomorrow will come, after all) -
To answer your question, Polyphia performed a set earlier that evening, and later Tim and Scott joined BABYMETAL during their set for this song.
This was the fifth song of the BABYMETAL set.

Well the difference to Electric Callboy was simply that Kevin wanted to interact with them, this is in reality something they are not used to. While such a static interaction is something they can handle. Moa trains this with them 6 days a week. And they simply show this. They werevoriginally an idol project, but today they are simply specialists, that do their job. This was something that even Kobametals Assistances confirmed the amount of work they put into their jobs. And as we saw inthe newest Version that Su is not afraid to use her raw voice. That this is often considered cleaner. I really wonder if this was one of the reasons for BxMxC.

Well it are Differenz Versions for different purposes. In the past it was the best possibility for a Collab, but with todays possibilities, they can go new was, since Michael and Scott can react at once. It is simply what Corona did in the whole industry. And in the old Version Su was really worried "Is this really metal", while for the new Babymetal this is no more an issue. Whatever you deliver to us we can implement our Workflow and place our girls in your Frame. That is the sense of the new Collabs. There is also the idea how does the new Babymetal sounds in new Environments? From Su's perspective this is the more interesting question. We mustn't forget they were out of their contract, but it wasn't really so interesting for them. They were part of gigantic shows and the new beginnings, were not so interesting and they always saw how much money the new managers wanted. He obviously accepted them not only as idols but as Adoptiveltern daughters. He took care that they learned how the rules in their industry were. It was obvious that they really called him Daddy and obviously he reacted to them accordingly.
