hello! yonsei's festival is only available to their students, but some universities do allow non-students to attend the festival, just not our school :((

i'm not sure if you meant korean instead of english hahaha but i'm in the international college of yonsei university which requires english language to apply! korean topik is not needed to apply to yonsei but if you're applying for the korean college then you will have to go through one year of korean language classes! :)
