@@westopoli ay nightvision and using the tds->head->night makes everything so much better although in the heat of the moment i fully understand you forgetting to put on nightvision.
@@westopoli the benefit is you stop getting hit by ir missiles. If there's an IR missile, just drop throttle and deploy about 4 flares. Radar missiles are tricker but the ai plane missiles can be g pulled and the Sam sites can be taken out from over 30nm with a 145
@@westopoli for the best experience yes, but there are cheap hotas that work great, i recommend the ''t.flight hotas one'' or the ''t16000'' hotas. DCS is like the best flight sim out there and IL2 is a more casual ww2 multiplayer sim.

just an fyi u dont need radar on in the f45. use tactical display for locks, stay undetected. f45 has some different locking system it uses

DCS is free, IL2 goes on sale quite often.
