A 9 out of 10. The woodwork impresses me along with its overall classic design.

Boat this size should definitely have a door on the side of the drive seat.

Without knowing price will give it a 7. Would pay $600K max new. Not that much open deck/seating at the exterior aft or interior features for a 52 foot boat. But generally nice overall.

As a life long armchair new boat expert I would have to agree with pretty much everything you mentioned right on point. I was thinking exactly the same thing. My immediate impression reminded me of the smaller "Californian" trawlers from the 1980's that were I think about 35-40 feet. This boat is clearly functional and pleasing but feels small for a 54 and what would make or break this boat for me is the price. I would have guessed the price at $1.5 Million. (Doing a search to see what it actually is).... Estimated ...
      $685,271.00 to $1,062,050.00
Okay.. This really is a good price for this size boat if its quality and build are up to par. I noticed online it says they are actually built in Menorca Spain. Interesting.

I have spent a lot of time in Denia. There are many moored there. All sizes and ages, I am fond of the look, how good that they are I don't know.

You have 2 engines, it's extremely rare for them both to fail.
