Hi guys! I recently made the decision to get back on the water and it's a world different from working as a deckhand on a casino ship! LOL Its nice to see some videos that are more honest about what it takes. I thank you for that.
Congrats on your decision to get back out there! It’s definitely not all beaches and rainbows, right! We’re trying hard to keep it real. Thanks for joining our adventure!
Until this haul, our only experience was in a mono (power boat). This seemed solid enough, but I always get nervous regardless of the method. Maybe it’s because hauling out means there’s a bunch of work waiting for us in the yard!
We did! Unfortunately, a good surveyor is hard to come by in Guatemala. We knew about some of the issues when we purchased ROAM, but we’re still finding more unpleasant surprises. Regardless, no buyer’s remorse here. This was exactly the boat we wanted and after our refit this summer, all these issues should be resolved.
Great tips on replacing the tramp and assessing the chain strength 😊
The tramps have definitely been the most tedious project so far!!
Geri looked so bad ass 💪🏼
Great video/drone work and progress
Thanks! I’m starting to get stronger, but it’s such a slog!! Feels good to make progress!
Lots of work but she’s looking great!
I can’t even express how hard this trampolines were to tie in! Thanks for watching, it really means the world to us!
Great video, guys! Love keeping up with you!
We loved seeing you! Thanks for watching, we’ll do our best to keep you updated on our progress!!
She looks beautiful on the water!
Thank you! We have to agree!

Having just hauled yesterday in a travel lift, I much prefer the trailer haul because of the support blocking. 😊

Did you guys have a survey done before you bought the boat
