Joanie, you rock! I always am unsure of what to look for specifically or what to buy for food photos etc. I'm glad I'm not the only one who goes and buys random pieces lol. So this totally helps! @thebiteshot is my IDOL! ❤️

I shop at Goodwill ALL the time for my food photography as well! I usually go to the one on Scottsdale & Thomas. This store is a hidden gem most food photographers forget exists. I have spent so much at stores such as Sur la Table and HomeGoods yet found they were too new, too shiny (need matte finish!), or just not vintage enough. Tonight, I've bumped into a few of your videos as I'm looking to get back into my food blog biz full time and I have got tell you, you're vids are awesome. I never comment on TH-cam but the fact that you're in AZ, I just had to. Nice to know there's another foodie with similar interests in your own back yard :)

She's a professional, so she shoots for clients. She doctors the food to pretty it up, so you probably shouldn't eat it.
