The material and design is excellent-couldn’t be better. But I’ve found that the fit varies from hat to hat. I usually have to try on several of the exact hat before finding one that works.
My twins-Enterprise hat (The franchise) before they became 47’, lasted 14 years through rain storms, snow, & sweat. The hat still looked & felt natural on my head. I’m def getting a new 47’ brand clean up hat. They are reliable.
I absolutely love the 47 clean up hats. I started with a Boston Red Sox one. I'm heading to Houston for a game so I got an Astros one, and just got a Cubs hat for my girlfriend. If you ever make a Navy LSU clean up that I like, I'll get that too.

I love these hats i got Dodgers in 5 diff. colors, 2 Angels, 2 Rams, 1 Raiders, 1Lakers and 1 l.a. Kings. I also got a big collection of Mitchell & Ness and New Era's but i dont wear them anymore because theyre not as comfy and cool as my 47's..
I have new era.. And didnt worth the money i paid...so expensive, didnt match the price for its quality.. The only flawless was the emroidery.. The logos or design but the materials they use base on ehat i have didnt matched the price.. I compate it to my jumpman cap.. The quality gap was ne5/jumpman10..
Not for a moment doubting the comfort of these hats. Really dig the simplicity of them & more than anything, the '47 stitched onto the side of the cap, as well. Though just by the sheer look of it, I can easily tell that there is just simply not enough fabric on the crown to make it look even remotely good on this 7 3/4 sized dome of mine. Which is a damn shame, because I would already own an Atlanta Braves one if they were not so damn flimsy & shallow. Oh, well. Guess I will just have to keep making money for New Era then.
i wear a 7 5/8 or 7 3/4 and the clean up looks alright on me. I was hesitant at first but I got one anyway and I have learned to like it. Maybe you should try it out.
I still remember my 1st ever ball cap back in 1992. A red Chicago Bulls cap with the tag Twins Enterprise made in Taiwan ROC. And to this day i still prefer the relaxed fit of '47 over any other brands.

They could not have stated this any better. The clean up does not feel like you are wearing a hat because of how soft and comfortable it feels
