This game gave me classic CFB pair of 10 win top 25 teams facing off early in the season before people realized how good they were vibes.

I get it was a very close game but what made this win so impressive was that TCU had zero turnovers, very few penalties, were nearly flawless on third downs in the first half, AND blocked three UCF kicks (two FGs and an extra point). On the road. Not many teams can snag the dub in those circumstances. Thanks for pointing that out.
Also, the inability to run I think gets overemphasized by TCU’s fanbase. They were using short throws to supplement. If anything, I think their decision not to throw beyond the sticks every play in the fourth quarter is what cost them the W. Bech is also super underrated.

@@rileykennedy4066 As a UCF fan the thing that impressed me the most was that we did it without completely changing our offensive gameplan/play calling ie just going full passing game, throw it deep every other down, hopefully a few big plays gets us back in this game. Shows that Gus and the staff weren't going to freak out and get desperate cause they believed in their guys and system so with a few adjustments the team would execute and win the game!

UCF will run over the B12 this year. The defense will improve.
