They've also appeared a number of times in immortal songs and 4 members have been to king of masked singer already) Liar Liar for example changes formation almost every 2 seconds and the formation is never the same-- it's executed differently each chorus and verses. I wouldn't really categorize OMG's cute songs alongside Twice songs since OMG often use harmonies, and in Liar Liar specifically, the bass is incredibly different especially for a cute song--but I guess Liar Liar may remind other people of Twice. I personally think it's much closer to DIA's past songs though. 😅 I think the cute song that OMG has that's much closer to a Twice song is Bungee. If you like choreography, then I recommend watching OMG's Closer's constellation choreo. The formations they use are based on the zodiac signs constellations, which made Closer's whole vibe even more ethereal. More of their fast paced choreos are Windy day and Coloring Book (coloring book specially is probably their most tiring song). SSFWL is based on ballerina dance moves. And their debut sing Cupid (I recommend watching the gayo for this) has really nice transition of formations in between. Overall, I recommend listening to their albums, especially their latest Fifth Season album (or the repackaged version, Fall in love). OMG has tackled genres/concepts from pop rock to rnb to cute to girl crush to ethereal so there's bound to be a song for you in their discography 😅😂
I recently started looking into Oh My Girl and watching through their MVs for the first time knowing basically nothing about them, and when I got to the more recent ones I realized something was missing from them that the older ones had, which was the girl that really caught my attention the most in the first few MVs. I went back and looked and saw that the member count went from 8 to 7 at some point so I searched for what happened to the member I really liked, and when I found her name (JinE) and read what happened to her and why she left the group, I genuinely couldn't believe it. I couldn't understand how it could be possible for such a shockingly beautiful girl to suffer from body-image concerns to the point of anorexia. She was the first one to really stand out to me in the beginning, but this was the first MV where I realized I couldn't take my eyes off of her whenever she was on-screen. It's such a shame that she had to go through that and leave the group, but I hope she's doing well in whatever she's doing now and I hope she knows that she was never not good enough, that she was always pretty enough.
She's into modeling these days lol And it's already been years, I know people are sad for her but since she's doing well; I hope people praise her instead. Instead of remembering her as the girl who has anorexia, I hope people remember her as the girl who overcame that and is doing well now. I feel bad people keep labeling her as the kpop girl who had anorexia-- she's more than that 😅

There is no success purely made by music in Kpop industry nowadays u know. So many heavily promoted groups or good looking, good styled groups releasing trash music can get more attention than the ones releasing quality music but hasn't been promoted as much as others. This is the first K-pop song I actually love. I have gone so deep into fandom of OMG just off this, all their songs are so good, I could listen to this forever. 37 year old man just became a "miracle" lol
To me, OMG has the most unique melodies and sound but in terms of looks, ehhh, not that distinct. Like they have that similar, cutesy, dolly look with big eyes and hair bangs. Sometimes I cannot tell apart YooA, that girl whose bday is Jan 22 and Mimi apart. When I saw Closer MV, I was confused on the names bc they look similar. Windy day too, they still resemble each other. I.O.I and Twice are more ( maybe the most ) distinct K girl groups, like you can tell them apart. It took me much less times to memorize these groups members.

I feel so bad. I never got into this group before because there are so many different groups out there, and I didn't find their name memorable because it was just another "girl" name to me (like girl's generation, G-friend, girl's day) so I never tried their music. An odd reason I know. I only tried their music after I saw Seunghee on a tv show and thought "holy crap, she is so gorgeous." And then I come here to watch and they're all super pretty!
I though that OMG is just 'another' rookie group but then I listened to A-ing and basically thought "wtf?" but was pleasantly surprised at the same time. Then I heard their other songs and became hooked.
Everyone should try listening to Oh My Girl's B-side tracks! Especially the ones from their Pink Ocean EP/Windy Day repackage. Their title tracks may not be everyone's cup of tea but I swear their B-sides are amazing- B612, One Step Two Step and Stupid in Love are great!

Seriously OhMyGirl is an underatted group. I'm not even a fan but I have all their songs. Their songs are so good tbh. Vocals,Rap,Dance and Visual. They all have this. But because of some knetz who doesn't know what real talents are. They are one of those underatted groups in kpop. I love how even though it's minor, right before the scene at 1:22, all the girls in the house are screaming "YEAH YEAH", and right after at 1:22, it shows Arin being shocked because the headphones were too loud, implying that Arin was listening to all the audio around the house as part of her way of trying to uncover secrets. To me, OMG has the most unique melodies and sound but in terms of looks, ehhh, not that distinct. Like they have that similar, cutesy, dolly look with big eyes and hair bangs. Sometimes I cannot tell apart YooA, that girl whose bday is Jan 22 and Mimi apart. When I saw Closer MV, I was confused on the names bc they look similar. Windy day too, they still resemble each other. I.O.I and Twice are more ( maybe the most ) distinct K girl groups, like you can tell them apart. It took me much less times to memorize these groups members.

I never got into this group before because there are so many different groups out there, and I didn't find their name memorable because it was just another "girl" name to me (like girl's generation, G-friend, girl's day) so I never tried their music. An odd reason I know. I only tried their music after I saw Seunghee on a tv show and thought "holy crap, she is so gorgeous." And then I come here to watch and they're all super pretty!

Everyone should try listening to Oh My Girl's B-side tracks! Especially the ones from their Pink Ocean EP/Windy Day repackage. Their title tracks may not be everyone's cup of tea but I swear their B-sides are amazing- B612, One Step Two Step and Stupid in Love are great!

I'm glad Seunghee went on that show, more people need to know about OMG. I'm not into girl groups (this is the first girl group I've stanned) and I just love OMG.
