This is a beautiful film. An intriguing portrait with an amazing sound design. I showed it to my students in the cinema at our film school. A fantastic experience on the big screen with full on cinematic sound system. Afterwards everybody just sat there in their seats totally blown away and spontaneous WOW´s slowly brought everybody back from the immersiveness of the film. Thank you very much for sharing your story.
Great cinematography! Really captures what it’s like to be a surfer in Sweden. Respect for sticking it out in Sweden and promoting surfing here. It’s easy to over glorify perfect, clean international waves on social media, much harder to turn the harsh, complex and unforgiving surf conditions of Sweden into a thing of beauty, nice job 👌
You didn't hardly fall on your magical day! Of course you didn't! ....Your health scare and recovery is incredibly inspirational. On the surfing side, i think many of us have experienced something very similar, or nearly similar. In my case, i wasn't yet an experienced surfer. But on Labor Day weekend of '81, the north coast of Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine experienced and otherworldly east/southeast swell that lasted days. North Shore size on our outer bars, and points begetting reefs begetting points we didn't even know existed. You dream for that day/s. When it happens you surf your dream session--because you surfed it all your life in your mind. May your health and surfing continue to prosper, and inspire others. Aloha.

I think one of the reasons I love films like this is because you get to look into someone's life and see what they're passionate about, and that always gets me fired up about life. Pure inspiration in many ways........:) A life dedicated to an unnamable calling not for material gain but the spiritual growth ever more valuable. Overcoming enormous doubt, and persevering no matter what Even when no one could possibly understand . Beautiful
