I am now a fan of Charlie Munger, a wise man indeed. No need for PSA test unless otherwise advised, in a very specific cases of family history or age under 70 and as you said prostate cancer if present, it is a very very slow growing tumor, meaning one's die with it not from it but sadly there are some doofuses with stethoscope that practice only to get paid. They operate on geriatric population whenever their respective PSA is elevated, doing radical prostatectomies for no significant value for the patient. The lymph nodes dissected are ilio-obturator ones 👍
Yeah well I have a family member who was told not to worry about an 8 psa who now has stage 4 cancer a year later. Don't worry about making people worry just order the next test
Usually prostate cancer spreads to lymph nodes in the true pelvis. These include pelvic (NOS), hypogastric, obturator, iliac (external and internal), and sacral (lateral, presacral, promontory/ Gerota's) lymph nodes.
False positive PSA, after weekend with my girlfriend, boight me a MRI , biopsy and schedulef folloups. Of course finesteride which I discontinued after my Urologist confirmed he would not take it himself. Fortunately I have little anxiety due to my knowledge of false PSA positive results. Thank you for the Intel 🙏🏻💕🏋🏻🏊♀️
You organized the types of cancers in your explanation and made them easier to understand
