- Our family has been under the weather for the past several days. When my appetite finally came back this morning, I knew at that moment I wanted to make Stuffed Peppers. I LOVE stuffed peppers never thought about deconstruction YUMMY. I have a little trick if you would like to try it. I'm a chef and I use turkey meat for everything just about. I use the same spices you use but too give the meat a much more beefy flavor I use liption beef soup mix, just a suggestion. Please keep sharing your family with us. A coworker of mine where we worked at an AFC, when it was a day for her to cook she would make Unstuffed pepper soup, similar to this. It was tasty. I love Spanish Rice and adding the peppers is even better. I never had peppers in it when growing up at home.
