    she actually is half black which is why she doesn’t tic the n word a lot - she said she heard it a lot growing up from her dad so it isn’t a ‘forbidden’ word for her 😌

      ran into this tourette youtube/twitch thing only recently and noticed most notable of them seem to be British. hearing about the Anita "scandal" I wonder if their nationality has something to do with many American's obsession with race and skin color. can't imagine how hard it must be living with not just Tourette's but in a society with inexcusable words

    14:47 her friends stop noticing it after a while, and she often isnt paying attention to the tics either, its like living by the traintracks apperently.

    Between the fact that her face is literally the most symmetrical thing ive ever seen and her android voice, im convinced shes secretly a robot and her tics are glitches and bugs lol

    Yes it’s messed up when people fill her live chat with horrible words to force her to tick them. So messed up

    She said that if she tries to suppress the vocal ticks, it will cause her throat to seize… that would hurt like hell.

    I understand the element of random, what i dont understand is how people can think that it is absolutely not contextual, it has to be to a level, even if its the total opposite of what she meant

    • @xyex
      @xyex 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It doesn't have to be at all. The brain isn't like a filing cabinet where everything is stored in a specific place and you have to go to that exact location to find it. It's more like a giant bin full of Christmas lights, with each light being a thought or idea, and you have to root through them and untangle them all to find the one you want, touch a bazillion unrelated ones along the way.

    • @yanlaroche90
      @yanlaroche90 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I know it can and often is totally random, im saying i dont understand how people can think that tourettes is inherently random and is never contextualized, it definitely is sometimes

    • @xyex
      @xyex 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@yanlaroche90 It's essentially both simultaneously. Like word association. There's going to be a connection, however tenuous, but the connection made is inherently random.

    • @yanlaroche90
      @yanlaroche90 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      And i mean, she literally confirms what im saying at around @12:00 it is contextualized sometimes not necessarily all the time but definitely sometimes, tourettes isnt completely random

    • @yanlaroche90
      @yanlaroche90 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      My point was that i dont understand how people can go "It doesnt make sense that she said that tourettes is random"
