I lift because I like it and like the discipline that comes with it, I lift for girls but they aren't my main focus, myself and the discipline and wanting to be better are the main focus
For dumbbell flies, not fully extended otherwise you will involve alot of your elbows, dividing the total tension from the chest, keep your elbows just a little bent and firm for safe and more muscle stimulus, whatever you perform, make sure to never directly undermine your joints with direct weight, your tendons are much weaker part than your muscle so strengthen them, if you do, with lighter weights is the way to go.
I don’t train for girls cuz I am not a simp plus I train for weighted calisthenics and gymnastics and these got me leaner and bigger and honestly… (for me at least) training for me and for preforming tricks for calisthenics and gymnastics motivated me more than just training to get laid. But no disrespect to Mario Rios he makes valid points and is greatly certified to be a training coach . But bro just give us the freedom to train at least I train functionally

Yea I get you. Somethings are just bigger and more purposeful. Working out gives me peace of mind, true confidence, and the girls are always a good bonus.

I’ve been doing weighted calisthenics and gymnastics for a good 3 months now I am getting leaner and thicker than almost 3 years ago of course what your preaching is great but there are some people who train for different purposes , not every person trains for girls (admittingly) That’s what abit annoying with Mario Rios because if somebody admits that they train don’t train for girls he calls them insecure copers which for me contradicts what he said , because that’s like someone forcing food down your face

And I train, as a natural body builder, five times an week and putting on decent amount of muscles over the years, which part of this seems to be "coping" "that you can't put on a muscle" to you?
