- Hey All! It's now Day 5 of SNOWMAGEDDON 2023 in an RV and since I decided to stay put through one more snow storm, I had to make some serious adjustments to how I live inside my RV - without opening the slideouts.
In this video, you will get an honest and authentic look at what it's like to live and work in a super small space. And by the way, I almost never let anyone inside my RV, so I hope you enjoy this rare, uncensored look at how I REALLY live!

You may know this. One thing I found last winter that really helps "feeling" warm is the correct humidity. Get a humidity gauge. Below 40% feels cold. Approaching 50% feels much warmer. Too much humidity or adding humidity too fast will condense on cool surfaces and inside walls, so add humidity slowly - no boiling water unless humidity is WAY down. I use a crockpot (top ajar as needed) with 3 settings watching the gauge. Adding a few drops of vinegar eliminates mineral build up on pan.
Sometimes we make sacrifices, to do what we want and that's ok. Enjoy !

I just had a "____" some kind of notification from you, come on my YT feed. I had to leave it for a minute, came back to find it and comment...nope, it's gone. You were doing a check...YES, I saw it today. 3/24/23 It strangely popped up from out of nowhere? Now it's gone. It was a really cute pic of Wesley and Shelby. 🕊

I am. Made a last minute decision to come down off the mountain - there was a one day window between storms. Now I'm in a flood zone from all the rain, but have very weak cell signal. I should be in a better service area after the weekend 🤞🤞🤞

All good! Had to leave there abruptly and the following location had no wifi service!! 🤦🏼♀️ After that, I was close to family and am visiting with them now. Moving on on Tuesday and will be back to my usual routine by mid-week. I will post another video next week 🤞 Thanks for checking in on me 😘

Everyone has there own comfort level. I enjoy living in a 7 buy 16 cargo trailer without snow. I like the desert and I know you don’t. Each to his (or her) own. Thanx for sharing.
I admire you Cargo T. I get so frustrated in too small of a space. And I know my love of weather (cold, snow, wind, rain) is because I grew up in southern California - the land of eternal sun BORING!! 🤣 and most family vacations were spent in nearby Palm Springs so 'adult" me LOVES all the variety 😁 💕

Nice dresser space! I Don t have anything for clothes that's quite that nice. Haha! But i do like my 30 ft class c floor plan, even tho its from 9 years ago. 😊
That's interesting 🤔 My first RV Scout was smaller and so was the closet space - but since Roameo is meant for more people, I think that's why there is more wardrobe room. I would have thought it be the same in yours, being that it's 30 feet like mine 🤷🏼♀️

I never knew slide-outs took up so much room when they're slid in.
As for Starlink. I hear they're creeping up prices. Also cell phone companies are starting to provide their own satellite communication as part of a cell phone package, starting with Apple.

Funny even though I hated when I had to have my slides in cuz of weather, this vid made me miss the rv life 😥 I'm still saving for another rv👍 Might take 5yrs but whatever😂😂 I'm assuming you travel with the pics on the cupboard doors. Just wondering what you use to attach them? I love all your rv decor❣❣
I look forward to the day you get back out here, even if it's just part time 💕 and everything on the walls is attached with HEAVY DUTY Velco. Works great!! And thanks for decor compliment - I have always wanted a cabin and collected items to decorate it, for years. Who knew my dream cabin would be on wheels 😜

Long story 😳 I was shooting Day #6 and I'm abruptly advised it would be best to leave the park ASAP, rather than wait until the next day - so I do. Get to the next campground - No wifi service!! 😠 It rains there, it floods there too 🙉. Next, my uncle recently passed, so I go to be with family for a few days. After that, I'm close to my favorite aunt - and I'm here now. I leave on Tuesday, so I will edit and post another video by mid-week 😉. Thanks for keeping tabs on me 😘

Thanks Carmen 🙂 Even though I'm not a fan of the Arizona landscape, you can't beat the neverending sense of community - it's such a great place to meet and connect with other nomads. I have made life long friends and DO love reconnecting with them in Q, year after year 😉
