@@nickthinks1 I haven't hiked the AT through there but I'm in that region several times every year. I used to kayak through Gulf Hagas every spring. Now I go there to fish Nahmakanta Lake and the nearby ponds, Pemadumcook and the Debsconeags. I also spend time on the West Branch of the Penobscot and in the Seboomook region every summer. The part of Maine between Greenville and Millinocket is like a second home to me.

My pilgrimage begins 9/13/2021. Out of shape, old, slow, and with a heavy pack. I go to the woods ….
