When you say "including" 17K fees it seems to insinuate fees are covered inside of the $267K?? Not sure why say including if they are included. I would say $267K with fees included. Never the less it seems high.
We believe it clearly sets out the two fees. The price includes our fee which is set out - you can see how this is calculated over on our website. We then detail what the legal fees will be. Yes, they are high in comparison with other countries but this is fairly standard and the cost of housing in many other countries far exceeds this, plus you get to live in France!
I think this price is good. You really don't know what houses cost in other countries. They are far more expensive🙈.
The acreage is really beautiful, and a pond too - really nice. The house is poky & needs a lot of work, but I can see someone with the means to do it making a nice home from it - plenty of room to expand. The barns are incredible. So many of these French properties seem to have better barn buildings than the homes they are with ! A great buy for someone with imagination ! The house itself is not worth that price, but that land is where the value is !

Oh Suzanne,i think this is quirky and cute. I think, i would like to have 5 chickens, 2 geese and a donkey....it looks great for that... but i don't have the money to buy it😟.
