Hi guys it's me santino, firstly thank you Pin for the expirence I can now see the faults !! 😂, and guys who are commenting nice things I appreciate also means a lot ❤❤❤❤❤
Let us know how you get on Santino, in your real test. You did really well, I think a case of driving in a new area and some sign issues. Definitely more serious problems you can have, you'll be fine :)
Good luck, your driving was really good and confident. I'm still trying to train up as much as possible since my instructor will not be available for some weeks. I wish I had your parking skills!
I recently passed my driving test, and a huge tip I got from my friend really helped me. It's not about whether you can drive 'good' it's about whether you can drive safely. drive instructors pass you based on the idea that you won't be a danger on the road and keep the traffic in a good flow. you don't have to be able to drive like someone who does it for 10+ years, just give the impression you know what you're doing/ are supposed to be doing, and keep looking in your mirrors, I cannot stress enough always look in your mirrors with everything that you're doing.
@@eliminate100. You should be checking your mirrors as you drive along just normally so you know the cars around you. And when you manoeuvre you use mirrors and a head check. A head check won't show you whats 2 car lengths behind you. It should be for instance, for changing lanes - Decide you want to change lanes → check mirrors for cars, and if it's possible → indicator on → head check before manoeuvring → change lanes → indicator off Simplified as: Mirror, Indicate, head check, change lanes.
My instructor said to me "you don't need to have a perfect drive, you just need to show the examiner you are in control of the car at all times" simple advice that you all probably say but just saying that made me feel a whole lot more comfortable about the test. I passed fist time with 4 minors.
Shame they don't tell everybody that, mine did as well and it did make a difference to how I approached the test I also passed first time as well, wasn't it funny the first time you drove the car with no one else in it.
Tip from me to passing your driving test: Don't stress about it. You don't drive as well when you are under stress, so don't stress that you may fail. Accept that it may happen, but fixate on success, not failure. Don't try to feel overly confident as you may think that will help you pass. It can also make you miss a few things here and there. Simply, what I did was just simple. I set my mind to "I can pass because I know I am a good driver and I will just drive like how I always do."
Yes good tips I was very nervous when I was taking my driving test last week however my examiner was really nice because she asked how I was and what I’m doing and my future goals. Basically, she just made me feel comfortable by getting to know me more and I actually ended up passing.
My friends have a thing of never do a test sober, fortunately for their faces and my hands they'd never do it for driving tests. I don't mean smashed, I mean slightly less than tipsy, so we can still access knowledge and think properly, there's just no panicking and tears.
For my first test, I was super confident I'm gonna make it. Made a big mistake and failed... On my second attempt I wasn't as confident anymore, but I definitely had hope. My examiner was in a super bad mood, forced me to break the law, so I got confused and didn't see that the lights were turning red, so my instructor had to hit the breaks. On my third one, I was super confident, that I was gonna fail. I was in a horrible mood and it got even worse when I saw who my examiner was. I think you can guess who it was. This time, he was in a better mood and I finally fucking passed. Also side note: I live in Germany, so the tests are 45 mins long and I had to drive through the Berlin city on my 2nd attempt, so it was really difficult.
Thanks for the tips. I’m 16 in 2 months so I drove my aunts car around the block and man I was stressed. However, afterwards I soon realized how easy it is to do it.
I'm amazed by how good this lad was driving aside from a few things. If he can improve on that he'll be a great driver. I'm sure at the time he'll pass his test Edit: Omg, I can't believe I got more than 2K likes. Unreal! Thanks for the likes!
It's not hard to drive to be fair, pretty simple skill most people can so. And what's with most learners still using the handbrake for every stop. I was never taught this by my instructor but I guess other instructors tell their students to use it for everything. Only time I use handbrake is parking as I love on a hill or if there a genuinely steep incline with traffic lights on, it's a parking brake really and shouldn't be used in flat traffic. And reference points for parking.....so fucking dumb, it's like learning the correct answer for a test, pointless. Learn how to park without having reference points because ultimately when your in the real world you don't have the time to fuck around with reference points.
@@spopple88 you're right.. its mainly compared at how good he is compared to me after getting my license after 2 years of lessons and never driven more than 5 times since (mainly anxiety). But more the fact it took me 2 years to pass - so i admire people who can drive this well. I get your point though
@@spopple88 I was taught to use the handbrake at every stop. It's for safety reasons if you get rear ended. In practice hardly anyone ever bothers doing it though, usually when you're at lights for a considerable amount oif time and what to give your foot on the brake a rest.
Poor kid, but it just takes one small error to be deadly. Hopefully he isn't discouraged and he practices to makes perfect. I passed my test 8 years ago and I still watch videos like this to try and improve my driving every few days or so especially because my nephews are in the car very regularly.
Practice won't keep anyone from making mistakes, that's real life and mistakes happen all the time because driving in real life isn't about passing a test but relaxing and for a lo tof people "enjoying their ride".
I've just passed my driving test today, first try and only 3 minors. Thanks to the Ultimate Driving Course, I couldn't have done it without it. Watching this video's helped a lot too. Now let's celebrate! 🥳😁
@@zimerlife8964 Absolutely nothing. I can't believe how people are so easy to judge. I really wanted to pass my first time. I learned a lot by watching the TH-cam videos and i decided to buy the program which explains you very well in details and I thought I should come here and give Pin some credit because I followed all his advice and it worked. I'm sorry if you are probably struggling to pass but just by your judgment towards people's honesty, no wonder 🤷🏻♀️
@@PreciousKiitty Thanks for your concern but I already passed my driving exam months ago actually. I was quick to judge because the way in which you thanked the UDC sounded more of a commercial. Didn’t mean to touch your feelings in any way. 🤷♂️
Yeah, this kid should have passed, and I almost guarantee that any adult that doesn't do drivers education for a living would probable fail or just barely pass, if they drive like they normally do. Test driving is a lot different from real life.
I think this shows that you can get complacent learning in the same area every lesson. You know all the quirks and right things to do. Its definitely good practice to have some lessons in new/different areas, even if your test isn’t in those areas, to be used to reading and following signs in unfamiliar places.
@@Souscheff what is a giveaway sign? sorry, I'm american, we don't have that. My state requires 60 hours of driving time before you can take the driving test. I passed it on the first try. Drove all over the county, to various places and so on, happy my mom had me drive in different places and not just the same few places over and over, There are 3 roads where i'm sure i'd fail due to complacency and driving too fast because of it.
Dont know about the UK, but where I live in Aus, you can get your licence through a competency log book. There is a minimum of 9 lessons, and then 3 tests. The tests have to be conducted in an area that you don't do your driving lessons in.
On top of that, there aren't any markings on the pavement indicating left/right turning lanes. It may be kinda dumb to pull to the left side, only to turn right afterwards, but that seems like a rather miniscule infraction; especially if there's nobody behind you. Being an American though, I know fuck all about traffic laws in the UK.
@@mikeadz1 Well ofc cuz u dont fail with 5-6 minors. The comment above is saying that he drives very well but makes mistakes cuz he didnt concentrate on his driving. 3 serius is a lot but nothing he cant improve on
@@mikeadz1 well duh, but the fact he got 0 minors which even for a mock is pretty good shows that he’s a good driver and just need a little more practice
In Latvia (EU region), you can pass, while you have max only 3 minor points on driving exam and we have 3 specials movements on road, parallel parking , reversal, box parking. If car stalled - its automatically fail driver test.
@@alexanderkuranov9849 In Croatia you can have 15 minor faults and we do a reverse or foward parking. And just driving around town. And you will auto fail if you stall infront of cars and in a junction
I just want to say a massive thank you for these videos, I passed my test on Wednesday, and these videos were a massive help in ironing out any small mistakes that I made, especially getting me into the habit of checking all my mirrors more often! So thank you so so much, and good luck to anyone who’s learning, you’ve got this :))
I have binged your videos in the past month and today I had my test, I passed first time with only 4 minors. Thank you for all the help and support while preparing for my test! ❤️
I passed my test recently too. I can recommend to stay calm and don’t overthink. Overthinking is what is gonna make you fail! Just go out there and enjoy the experience cause the end result is worth it! I hope anybody who’s reading this can take this advice and goes out and passes their test. ❤
I want to say a huge thanks to this channel and for all the videos I watched on here that helped me pass. I passed my test last week with 3 minors! Good luck to anyone else taking their test soon, these videos really helped!
Dang it's so wild watching this as an American. I don't know that any of those would've been considered a serious fault in the US, and he definitely would've passed a US test with flying colors.
i mean, not checking the merging lane *might* be a problem, but a lot of lanes like that are supposed to yield to you Hell, when i fist started driving, the instructors kept telling me that i had right of way because i’d slow down a bit when intersections, especially in residential areas, when i saw a car approaching I was far more worried about jackasses trying to “beat” me to the turn, or not paying attention and not seeing me than i was worried about going anywhere
that reverse bay parking was CRISP AF! go on lad. other than the observation mistakes, your driving itself is great! should be dead proud of yourself. good luck with your exam and i hope you pass first go!😘
This is the most ridiculous test of the entire test. It just doesn't matter if you're in the perfect spot and if you need 1 or 4 attempts. I did quite well with parking but nowadays, it's trial and error most of the time.
Overconfidence is also bad. Even instructors can make driving mistakes sometimes and that’s the whole point of it and this is just a learner he doesn’t even have his license yet so he should be extra cautious more than anything
I'm from the USA and I watch your driving videos!! I think it really helps me be more confident in driving even though the gears are automatic and is different in the US!
Watching these, I feel like driving in countries other than America must be so much harder, no wonder public transport is a really big thing in many places lol. My driver’s test I took like 2 turns, stopped at a stop light, and parallel parked with my backup camera (and having to look at my mirrors to convince him) and that was it 😂
Back when I did mine, they didn’t ask me to parallel park but they did ask me to park into a very tight space and a 3-point turn. I was at the time expecting all of the above but I’ve noticed I’m glad I know how to parallel park, because it does come in handy quite often especially when you live in a city like I do.
@@honorarychimp9363 For this reason, I’m so glad that I don’t live anywhere urban. And usually if I’m supposed to parallel park, I know I probably could, but it’s true I’ll just opt for a further away spot out of ease unfortunately 😂
What most people who are taking their test are not told is that the examiner does not expect you to be perfect. I was lucky when I took my test that he told me this before we set off it made a lot of difference to my confidence I passed first time. I'm convinced the reason I did was that I knew he was not looking for perfection, so remember this when you take your test.
That's a really good point. I was going for my Cat C license back in August 2021 and I was brushing up on a few videos about it on youtube and one of the key parts of information I took away from it was, so long as you're not going somewhere you shouldn't be (weight limit, height/width limit or the wrong way down a one-way street) so long as you do it safely, they won't even mark it down, usually. Just acknowledge the mistake, move safely into the new road and then deal with it be it turning around safely at the next roundabout or just redirecting back to the point you made the mistake.
@@pelicanofpunishment6 Hopefully you passed, but yes so many people take their test as nervous as hell and frightened to make any mistake and as you say as long as the examiner can spot that you are not a danger to yourself and other road users a few mistakes will not make a difference. I think sometimes it just comes down to luck who your test examiner is on the day.
Passed my test first time way back in November '87. Honestly, I'd probably fail if the test was like it is today. A problem back then, though, was that examiners all seemed to have their own way of doing things. Today, it seems to be better regulated. There was one examiner locally who was notorious for failing everyone. He failed my mum and a couple of my friends. My sister passed first time, even though she knows she should have failed. She had the Head Examiner riding with her in the back seat when she took her test. She made a couple of big mistakes. At the end of it he goes "what are we going to do about you?" Then he said to the examiner doing the test "go on, you can pass her.,"
I feel the pain with the one way street major, as that was my only major on one of my failed tests, and it was gut wrenching finding out that was the only thing that failed me.
Passed my driving test today, I can't fully use what your videos teach because I'm not from UK, but they sure helped to be more cautious about certain things. Keep up the great work!
Wow, I’m impressed with this kids driving. No minors which are more commonly made then serious faults is really nice to see. REALLY GOOD DRIVING OVERRALL SANTINO!! YOULLL PASS YOUR ACTUAL DRIVING TEST EASILY. ALSO LOVE THE CONTENT Pin. Much love ❤️
Welcome to the drivers test where you can drive very well and safely but you are on the “wrong side of the one way,” so you fail. This is just really annoying how strict some instructors can be
i see the issue Staying to the left would give the impression of turning left, but the blinker indicates a right turn So it causes confusion, which impedes the flow of traffic
What i find weird about these UK mock tests is that no-one is mentioning clutch pedal riding. In my country, when you stop for more than a couple of second, you're supposed to go to neutral. Holding clutch for minutes, like Santino did, when waiting for the gas station traffic, would be minor faults. Also, watching Santino's clutch shivers, brings back memmories. When nerves kick in, clutch is the enemy, with the twitching leg xD
Over here you are not supposed to put it in Neutral unless you are parking the car. Of course, once you pass it doesn't matter and you can do it how you like cuz no one will see, but whilst learning and on your test you have to stay in gear
@@fkez0510 yeh for my motorbike test I was told to stay in gear, keep the clutch dipped and keep the rear break applied, but the instructors just put their bike in neutral and had both feet on the ground. Your hand gets very achey if it’s a long wait ahah
here in Slovakia I don't know if you can put it in neutral when waiting for a long time, but I have never done that when I was in driving school and nobody said anything about it
I love how he is very calm and doesn't yell at the person who is taking the test. I took my test a few days ago in the US and I was backing up 50 feet and after I finished the Instructor (person giving the test) yelled at me and said "Sir! Sir! you didn't signal backing up" and I was confused because I didn't know you had to signal backing out if you are going straight. You'd usually only signal if you are backing up and turning right or left respectively. I then asked my friends about it and even my parents and they were all confused because they had no clue where I'd even signal to. I also looked it up on google and found many websites saying if you are backing up straight you don't signal.
Ahhhh I promised I wouldn't do this as its a bit of a cliche BUT why not!!! I am now part of the passed but still watching gang. I passed 2 days ago (with 4 minors) and I am still buzzing. Such a relief. If I didn't find this channel last year along with my new instructor I definitely wouldn't have passed. (Having the right instructor for YOU is paramount. Everyone will recommend the instructor they used once they passed but they have to match you and also your learning style). Blessing to you Pin because these videos definitely added more foundation and knowledge to my learning. You really can learn from other people mistakes. For those that have tests coming up. Good luck!!! 1. Watch as many of these videos as possible (including "show me tell me qusetions" 2. Get a good night's sleep (the night before) 3. Have a good breakfast 4. Do a lesson beforehand if you can 5. Believe in yourself. You HAVE to enter that test centre with confidence It's 35-45 of pure focus then you can relax 😁
This channel is addicting. I ready have my licence (for 4.5 years now) in another country with right hand traffic but still binge the videos as if I'm cramming for the test
I passed my car driving test in 1990, but watching these videos is good as it helps refresh on bad habits. I passed my full motorcycle test in 89 too and you have extra things to consider when riding. I am more aware and focused on a bike than in a car because you almost go into autopilot in a car as it's so easy and you are in a comfortable environment. Every long term car driver should watch videos like these to refresh their basic understanding of the rules. It was relatively easy to pass your test when I did mine compared to how it is now. I am glad it's harder now as the roads are even more dangerous.
I'm from America, and watching this video almost gave me a migraine lol. I've never driven in Europe before, watching this video and being accustomed to right lane driving my entire life, I felt like my head was going to explode lol!!
As someone from another country which drives on the left side (outside of Europe), UK roads (and some signage) just seems terribly planned. I'd hate to drive there.
Driving instructors don't get enough credit for the job they do. My instructor made my driving lesson sessions and subsequent tests alot easier by simply understanding what kind of person I am. He noticed quickly in my first session I was a nervous guy and created a calm, reassuring environment for me to work in. I believe this alone got me through some difficult times during it all. My final test was to be done by the strictest examiner in the city, so I was already nervous at that thought. More so, it was the hottest day of July. I felt the odds stacked against me, as I was driving down a road the sweat started pouring off my forehead and started building up in my eyes. Driving now with one eye closed and the other open, both feeling like someones just put vinegar in my eyes for a laugh. On the way back to the driving test center I remembered my instructor say " if you don't do a manoeuvre before you head back to the centre, prepare yourself for a reverse park". I did just that, and I passed first time. It felt anti climactic at first due to the manor which I received my certification when we parked up but after I met up with my instructor again it felt good. Practice and a good instructor goes along way, stay safe.
That first serious error was possibly due in part to the pelican crossing just before the give-way marking. In similar situations I often see drivers go through the green lights without realising that it doesn't give them a clear run across the junction. I guess it's a subconcious reaction: seeing a green light so close to a junction you don't register the "give way".
5:10 Now I don’t know the traffic laws in the US or UK, but in my country, you’re ABSOLUTELY not allowed to stand and block the road while waiting to get into a gas station. If it’s so full that you can’t drive in enough so that you’re not blocking the road, you’ll just have to keep driving, and then turn around and come back, or wait somewhere that’s not blocking other drivers. Because this is making unnecessary traffic jams, and definitely illegal in my country. If this happened here, the police would come and have them remove their vehicle, and if they refused, they’d arrest them and get either someone in their family or a tow truck to remove the vehicle.
This was great to watch! I feel for Santino on that one way street, as the exact same thing happened to me on a driving test (where I failed due to incorrect positioning on a one-way street). I see so many drivers who drive less well than this lad did, so I’m sure he’ll pass in no time (he may have already!)
The trouble with driving on the roads today is you going to run into a situation where you are going to make drastic decisions at some point in time.but the law is the law.im glad this instructor is filming this on his defense as like it or not you do get corrupt instructors out there so shout out to this instructor for his honesty!👍🏻
Man that happened to me, I went through the test and felt VERY confident, only to find out that I didn't crane my neck far enough to show the proctor that I was looking before changing lanes and such.
I’m shocked at how long in took at that scenario with the minibus blocking the road. I’m surprised nobody let him go as he’s a learner. I try my best to let learners go as not to fluster them.
Recently passed my test with a perfect score. It's not as hard as some of you make it. Take it slow, my instructor told me I could make turns as slowly as I wanted. (I live on Kentucky) The test is literally all about driving smoothly & knce it's over you can drive however the hell you want, being safe obviously
@@reeseexplains8935 hope u pass🙂also a tip be exaggerative when looking in your mirrors so they knoe your using them, nit too much byt enough to know...whn my dad took his test he was failed the first time for "not using his mirrors" but he was he just didn't make expressive movements
This video is a fantastic resource for learning, I wish I could have rewatched my driving lessons 20yrs ago! The serious fault when emerging from the one way road on the wrong side could be argued that his position enabled for a better view of the traffic from the right; however I've not experienced that junction so it may not hold up.
If I were the instructor, I would just give him the pass. He seems like a good driver and a good listener. He did not make any SERIOUS faults that would be dangerous for him to drive. This instructor is a LOT more strict than the usual ones.
The title is really clickbaity: 1 - It is actually GOOD to be confident in yourself as a driver, the kid was not too confident. 2 - The kid wasn't shocked at all when he told him he failed the test.
Quick discussion about handbrake usage. At around 5:45 Santino is waiting for a safe gap near the petrol station. He applied the handbrake with the button depressed. Then when he released it, you'll hear a "Clunk" as he pushed the button without lifting the lever. So many driving instructors out there not teaching people to use their handbrake properly, or actively teaching them incorrect usage (which seems to be the case here), and it causes undue wear and dangerous parking situations. So firstly, when applying the handbrake, do not push the button in. The handbrake is a ratchet system. By pushing the button when applying the handbrake, you are preventing the ratchet from doing is job. The whole point of the ratchet is that it allows for easier application of the handbrake (you require less energy, because you are not having to prevent the handbrake from being pulled by the cable inside), and it ensures the handbrake locks into position correctly. Anybody who tells you that this causes extra wear and tear either doesn't know how a ratchet works, or is a driving instructor that would rather teach you an incorrect method than listen to the clicking of the handbrake through the day. It does not wear out the handbrake. What does wear it out, causes broken teeth on the ratchet mechanism, (and is the actual cause of worn handbrakes that people blame on not pushing the button when applying), is pushing the button to release the handbrake without lifting the handbrake slightly first. When releasing the handbrake correctly, that button requires next to no pressure to push in. If you hear a clunk when pushing the button, it is because that button has forced the lever up enough to disengage the ratchet. In doing so it has put a massive amount of pressure on the tooth of the ratchet mechanism. Lift the handbrake lever a little, and that button will be really easy to push; it will release the handbrake without the clunk.
yeah ive never gotten why the drivers always [ull the button in it requires more energy and all of them it goes down abit after theyve let the button go but as they drive more and use the handbrake more times theyll figure it out
Well done for trying for definite you're gonna pass your driving test you're so confident behind the wheel if I was to stick up for you I'd put it down to the weather been extremely hot and the nerves of the cameras because you're a fantastic little driver
its crazy, i learned driving in germany just a few months ago and im so confused about alle the usage of the handbrake. In Germany, we only use it for parking or reeeeeeealy long wisting times at a train passage or something similar. But to hand brake at every stop like in GB seems so weird 😅
Is it a requirement in the UK to use hand break even at normal traffic stops during the driving test? That's really strange and also adds more seconds before you can accelerate when the light turns green. In Sweden we only use it when parking. At traffic stop we just keep the brake down and if it's a long wait like when a train is passing by it's recommended (and required on drivers test) that you shut off the car to save energy and not let it run while standing still
@@vikkran401 I was taught to use the handbrake, although it was 25 years ago but as far as I am aware it's not a legal requirement, its a safety thing.
If someone has to warn you to stop on a test, it means you've failed. He probably should have figured that one 😄 But no, it's a shame. Better awareness of signs and road markings and this guy will be a great driver I reckon. His reverse bay parking skills in a car he's never driven are probably better than mine 😂
A good tip I can give is: if there’s a stop, STOP the car. Don’t just go very slow, even if there is literally no one else in the road. Come to a full stop. This can sometimes single handedly make you pass the exam. I’ve seen so many people fail the exam because “you didn’t stop at the stop”. “But there wasn’t anyone there!” It doesn’t matter.
9:50 maybe you're supposed to be over to the right when turning right out of a one-way street but practically you would be limiting your vision around that corner. It's safer to be at least a little bit over to the left with that building blocking vision.
He will pass in September. He just need to practice and learn from the mistakes from this mock tests. I tell all my students to have a mock test at least 2-3 weeks before the actual driving test to see if there is anything to improve, or I will move the test to another date. Great video.
The right turn at 9:46 what is the reasoning for having to be on the right handside of the road there? Being left it opens up the view quicker of seeing round the corner? As far as I can see there is no split lane. One for left and one for right.
I appreciate these videos so much. Just passed this morning first try with 3 minors and found myself relating back to these videos during the test. Thanks!
Well done to santino! He was very good! I failed one of my mocks for positioning in the left to turn right in a one way.. my instructor said there was a van behind turning right and luckily he held back cos he knew what I was about to do 🤣🙄
Watching this males me glad i live in phoenix az for those who dont know our roads are set us as a grid system making most roads straight and 90° turns
Must admit on the one way road at 9:40 I too would have stayed left at the top, to turn right - simple reason being it leaves me more space and an escape route for a driver who has not seen (or just does not care about) the no entry markings, so who then cuts the corner into my lane. If I am on the right, I have nowhere to go. Left gives a better view and more options.
Some (many?) US drivers would fail miserably on this test. The required standards vary widely from state to state, our roads are generally wider, and we rely less on lane markings. I note that this test was with a manual transmission, whereas most US cars have automatic. A majority of US drivers would not be able to drive a manual-shift car!
It was very hot the day I took my first road test. My dad drove me there with the air on HIGH BLAST/Arctic chill mode. He said “they are going to love getting in this car”. First thing the woman did was crank the air OFF with a massive attitude, bitched about not thinking she needed a sweater, and proceeded to open every window in the car all the way open. I was doomed from there.
This man was happy every time he saw poor Santino making a mistake. Tf?? Another thing, those lines and markings on the asphalt and the narrows roads are ridiculous on england, god dammit you can barely drive there

drive instructors pass you based on the idea that you won't be a danger on the road and keep the traffic in a good flow.
you don't have to be able to drive like someone who does it for 10+ years, just give the impression you know what you're doing/ are supposed to be doing, and keep looking in your mirrors, I cannot stress enough always look in your mirrors with everything that you're doing.
Wait but my driver instructor says to not look in the mirrors? To look around the sides and to turn my head back??
@@eliminate100. the mirrors aren't there for no reason. But yes you also have to look past your shoulder. You need to do both.
@@otanuki4288 heh I failed my test 2 times already 🥲 I'm just having trouble with the lanes when turning and also the signs and to look around too..
@@eliminate100. You should be checking your mirrors as you drive along just normally so you know the cars around you.
And when you manoeuvre you use mirrors and a head check. A head check won't show you whats 2 car lengths behind you.
It should be for instance, for changing lanes -
Decide you want to change lanes → check mirrors for cars, and if it's possible → indicator on → head check before manoeuvring → change lanes → indicator off
Simplified as: Mirror, Indicate, head check, change lanes.
U can pay them off and not even deal with any tests..
Ditto. Best advice
Tip from me to passing your driving test:
Don't stress about it.
@@vivi-ws9yl ayee third times a charm mine was longer than 45 because I took the wrong route once lol
I'm sure at the time he'll pass his test
Edit: Omg, I can't believe I got more than 2K likes.
This is true for everyone. We make more mistakes than we think in real life, it's just human. These tests are in some way worthless.

Welcome to the drivers test where you can drive very well and safely but you are on the “wrong side of the one way,” so you fail. This is just really annoying how strict some instructors can be
i see the issue
Staying to the left would give the impression of turning left, but the blinker indicates a right turn
So it causes confusion, which impedes the flow of traffic
@@tacticallemon7518what traffic would this impede I don't understand, my tests tomorrow btw 😁😬
I passed about 2 weeks ago and only got 1 minor I think these videos are really helpful and beneficial for others.
Your hand gets very achey if it’s a long wait ahah

damn. i saw his legs but i thought it was just the car making him do that. i had those shakes to. does not feel good.
He had terrible clutch control

Indeed so too.
My eyes hurt now
it's also alot harder in general. because the us has car dependency and requires every schmuck to drive
I’m 14 and going to be taking Driver’s Ed in a few months when I turn 15 and these videos make me nervous and relaxed at the same time 💀

Lift the handbrake lever a little, and that button will be really easy to push; it will release the handbrake without the clunk.
yeah ive never gotten why the drivers always [ull the button in it requires more energy and all of them it goes down abit after theyve let the button go but as they drive more and use the handbrake more times theyll figure it out
Thankyou for highlighting this it’s a pet peeve of mine watching these videos
First thing your taught in hand brake use is they don't want to hear it always use button.

@@damionlee7658 what??? You can get a minor for applying the handbrake and making noise
Well done for trying for definite you're gonna pass your driving test you're so confident behind the wheel if I was to stick up for you I'd put it down to the weather been extremely hot and the nerves of the cameras because you're a fantastic little driver
Not to mention handsome 😏

its crazy, i learned driving in germany just a few months ago and im so confused about alle the usage of the handbrake. In Germany, we only use it for parking or reeeeeeealy long wisting times at a train passage or something similar. But to hand brake at every stop like in GB seems so weird 😅
You're taught to do that by instructors but once you pass your test you forget about it.
You don't need to use the handbrake in a test. You have to show you can control the car. But the handbrake on a hill is a big benefit.
Is it a requirement in the UK to use hand break even at normal traffic stops during the driving test? That's really strange and also adds more seconds before you can accelerate when the light turns green. In Sweden we only use it when parking. At traffic stop we just keep the brake down and if it's a long wait like when a train is passing by it's recommended (and required on drivers test) that you shut off the car to save energy and not let it run while standing still
@@vikkran401 no. You just have to be safe and be in control of the car at all times.
@@vikkran401 I was taught to use the handbrake, although it was 25 years ago but as far as I am aware it's not a legal requirement, its a safety thing.
This dude drives better than my instructors in India.
yea, for those "safe" streets LOL
how about driving on indian steets...
If someone has to warn you to stop on a test, it means you've failed. He probably should have figured that one 😄
But no, it's a shame. Better awareness of signs and road markings and this guy will be a great driver I reckon. His reverse bay parking skills in a car he's never driven are probably better than mine 😂
Thank you very much ‼️‼️ you’re vídeos were very helpful and I’ve passed my test today.
I remember on my test examiner got me to parallel park up a 10% hill road between two close cars. Still smashed it
The best fail ive ever seen on your channel. I can wholeheartedly say that im confident Santino is on our roads now and is a model student at driving.
I always feel so sorry for everyone that doenst pass
I got my drivers license yesterday, and I’m 17 y.o, so excited
those one way streets are the worst i never realise them either😭
I passed my test today with a perfect score. Parallel parked first try. I can now watch these and chill without stress
He is very confident, just need to work on his speed ,good luck
A good tip I can give is: if there’s a stop, STOP the car. Don’t just go very slow, even if there is literally no one else in the road. Come to a full stop. This can sometimes single handedly make you pass the exam.
I’ve seen so many people fail the exam because “you didn’t stop at the stop”. “But there wasn’t anyone there!” It doesn’t matter.
that traffic light just before give way is bit weird to be fair
I passed mine first time and im happy to say it feels REALLY GOOD to have my drivers lisense all it takes is common sense
If Santino went to the US they would instantly make him a driving instructor. It's a jungle there.
The right turn at 9:46 what is the reasoning for having to be on the right handside of the road there? Being left it opens up the view quicker of seeing round the corner? As far as I can see there is no split lane. One for left and one for right.
This is the first time I've been gutted for one of these guys to fail cuz the kid was driving amazingly up until his serious fault
I’m excited to my test this month. Wish me luck guys
same here I wish you the best of luck 👍
I appreciate these videos so much. Just passed this morning first try with 3 minors and found myself relating back to these videos during the test. Thanks!
I love watching this knowing I'm never in my life going to pass, let alone try to pass a driving test
Well done to santino! He was very good! I failed one of my mocks for positioning in the left to turn right in a one way.. my instructor said there was a van behind turning right and luckily he held back cos he knew what I was about to do 🤣🙄
I passed my driving test on Tuesdays guys im so happy🤞🏾🙏🏾
I think that is the easiest route you taken with no round about
Watching this males me glad i live in phoenix az for those who dont know our roads are set us as a grid system making most roads straight and 90° turns
This is the perfect lesson to watch for anyone actually going for their test. Gre
Speak for yourself
Imagine hearing the words you’re driving was really good and you failed in the same sentence
Bs fr
Thankfully I passed on my first try but then again I’ve been driving since I was 17. The test was so easy but I was so nervous 😬.
Jeez…
This man was happy every time he saw poor Santino making a mistake. Tf?? Another thing, those lines and markings on the asphalt and the narrows roads are ridiculous on england, god dammit you can barely drive there
A tip to tell you that a road is one-way is if all the cars are parked the same way on both sides of the road
