No, I don't think that was cheating. Remember what this guy did for the Ryu video he would constantly do a Jab Shoryuken, triggering Dictator's Psycho Crusher, and of course, Ryu's Jab Shoryuken can beat that. The point is, each character had way of triggering the Psycho Crusher, and I guess this was Dhalsim's way. Surprising the same move can beat it as the same to trigger it.
2) In the first version of Street Fighter II, Dictator's Psycho Crusher (at least the Heavy Punch version) had considerable lag time before flight. Other characters could exploit this if they knew how to provoke Dictator into starting a Psycho Crusher. From Championship Edition onwards, this lag was removed. I suggest that you play the original Street Fighter II, on the console or the arcade, find these details yourself, and see if you can win the game with this knowledge.
duh all! this is the arcade... arcade version as alot of loop holes as demonstrated in these clips. graphics r way better than snes ,genisis ect. hence palm tree in sagat level.... using loop holes for all competetors isnt hard once u know what they are.... classic game. not using the loop holes is a bit more challenging and more creditable....and there it is!!!!

Two things wrong with this-- One: Bison's Scissor Kicks should deal chip damage. The fact that you don't means that you have invulnerability to chip damage if not damage in general. Two: Bison is clearly trying to go into Psycho Crusher every time you miss a Standing Forward but just sits there instead, meaning that the attack frames have been tampered with in some way. Cheating is not cool.
very impressive, especially on sagat. he always gave me grief on this version because both his fireballs hit when blocking

You know it's a mistake because in Champion Edition, all his moves do truckloads of guard damage, especially Psycho Crusher.

'cause it stinks, there should have been some stars/birds circling above Bison's head.
Actually again in SFII World Warrior, the only attack Bison has that cause guard damage is Psycho Crusher, everything else doesn't.
