Great meals especially when your kitchen is getting decorated. Im old fashioned, i love to see familes eating a proper sunday dinner ...so many parents, especially it seems the younger ones dont cook dinners at all which i think is sad.
It’s a shame I think too but I guess life is sometimes too busy ❤️I’m the same I like good meals and I love a Sunday Roast, can’t beat it and sometimes it’s a really good reason to get everyone together ❤️xxxx

Lovely meals rosie my favorite is sausage and mash sand I love chicken stew or beef stew the slow cooker is so handy and I love my airfryer oven I get sausage rolls uncooked from the freezer in aldi and my son loves them better than greggs one I think ill go tto the big lidl next week when I'm back to see what it's like I've just thought ive got chicken thighs in the freezer ill do a chicken stew in my slow cooker I'm in paighton at the minute it's so summer and hot Monday night it really was so stormy the rain bounced off the paths and the sea came over the wall but its been really nice all week it was dull this morning til about 11 it started brightening up love fran xx❤
I’ve not been to Liddle properly shopping in forever, I keep meaning to go in and do a full shop❤️The weather’s rubbish at the min so I can make stews and things(I love stews and casseroles and roasts too ) but when it’s hot it’s sandwich’s and salads lol, I wish we had some sun here though, you enjoy ❤️xxxx
Your meals are delicious! I add garlic & white pepper to my homemade Macaroni cheese for extra flavour :) and I'm going to add smoked sausage to mine too!
general rule of thumb on your airfrier - drop temp 20 degrees and take around a quarter of the time off for cooking to start with. If you want the outsides crisper bob on max crisp for a couple of mins. Yours looked good tho.

I turned everything down and kept an eye on them lol xxxx
A roux just refers to the flour and butter at the beginning- adding the milk makes it a bechamel/white sauce ❤
