A lot of people don't realize that she was not allowed to date until 18: when you have that experience, you have a lot of catching up/developing to do in your twenties.
I wasn't able to date until 19, and hit the ground running with old fashioned courting, without sleeping around and it was a good idea because I was learning what many others learn in high school.
I love the term "spiritual hygiene". Honestly I feel that she is losing it a bit. I admired her although I am much older, however as she builds her portfolio of dating the admiration reduces. I don't think she needs to stop dating but I do think she should mute her social media. Maintain her mystery for sure. To me her purpose was to always keep her name in the media. The only problem I have is girls are idolizing her for this and it’s not accurate; you don’t know what happens behind close doors. We only found out about she and Lamar years later only because Lamar said something. Sadly, for us a reputation is never about who you are it's about who they think you are. Her name will always be tied to Future Diddy Trey Songs and it's not a good look and might discourage the real "decent" men from wanting to pursue her.

It's normal to date around to find your match, but getting into long-term relationships with numerous people, just to break up after a few years, signals something deeper. I always considered that one of the things Lori does well is control the narrative of what we know about her dating life up until this point. Whether the rumor that she makes the men she considers dating sign NDAs is true, I do think she should consider a PR reset and either hold off on dating or making her dating life public in ANY form for a while. And I’m hoping this open disclosure is possibly a step in doing just that. My concern isn’t necessarily the public’s opinion as ppl will say what they want. But I do worry that you’re right that she’ll be typecasted as a pass around even with PR ambiguity and, in the words of her step father and his book, that men will approach her like she’s a ‘sport fish’ going forward. Someone to flaunt around, look great on their arm, and then they either let the other go or her personal deadline runs out on the relationship progression.
You’re also right that the way women and men maneuver in dating is very different. Men don’t receive much scrutiny in a ended or ‘failed’ relationship unless they were instrumental in said ‘failure’, if that. Women get a lot of scrutiny just because it ended, amicably or not, because most people put responsibility and thus fault onto women either for the relationship failing or choosing the wrong partner to begin with.
