I just love the mother in law. She is very caring and supportive. I feel like she is going to have two mothers who loves her no matter what.
This happens so often in episodes with pageant people in the entourage. They would rather see a pageant dress than a wedding dress. I'm so relieved the mom came around and she looks bridal perfect in that last dress!!
Right. I usually get so upset at the pagent episodes cause its like they aren't going on stage, they're going to get married. They're family tend to forget that. Then with the pagent coaches there ugh. But I'm happy mom took off her pagent hat and just saw her baby girl becoming a bride.
@@QuayHollywood Yes, it's as though they're looking at the wrong person entirely, isn't it? Pageant coaches also tend to dominate the style conversations, but the woman with Ashley's crew was very tactful, I thought. The mother has an unusually expressive face. When she doesn't like something, oh boy, does it show -- and she doesn't look very attractive. When she smiles, though, she's beautiful! A smile improves anyone's looks, but this mom almost looks like two different people.
We're all creatures of habit, and I think pageant moms all have to come to the realization that this isn't a pageant where their daughter is competing with 50 other glittery girls. It's a wedding where only SHE'S allowed to wear white, where she will naturally shine even without a bunch of gems and sequins.

Of course mother in law loves her daughter in law, she’s known her since she was a child....bride says she dated him in 8th grade!!! 2 families are def coming together as 1 here ❤️
It's good that she's gaining such a supportive mother-in-law! (A lot of times in the show, it doesn't go so smoothly!)
I'm so glad she's stuck to her wishes and she wanted to be a bride and that is so amazing and she was definitely beautiful but I'm loving her mother-in-law she was the best ever!
I love when the moms don’t actually like a dress, but they end up telling their daughter she looks beautiful and give her the ok she’s looking for. Every mother can tell when their daughter feels beautiful in a dress. And I think some of these moms see how happy their daughters are, and they do the right thing by telling them they love it
Absolutely. And there also is definitely a way that you can say, “If you’re happy I’m happy” and have it be genuine and sincere, just like here. I feel like so often those words are used as a flippant, “whatever, if you’re happy I’m happy” kind of phrase. Glad to see the healthy relationships on show here 😊
After mother in law asked the question and how everyone was waiting for her response was so nice. They could have added drumroll to that moment of waiting to make it nicer.

How odd that a mother wants her daughter to look like she's in a beauty pageant instead of getting married. Mom must have been heavily involved in the pageant life with her daughter and is having trouble letting go.

The brides fiance's mom is adorable 🥰 Not easy to exceed a Pageant winners expectations for finding a wedding gown. However, Happy this bride to be stood up for herself knowing the right gown won her over. The best instances are when the least expected gowns look the best on the brides to be 🥰😍💞❤️
Oh FGS, She's at least 30 years old and her mother is still trying to dictate how she dresses. These "pageant" people are so shallow and have tunnel vision when it comes to gowns. Wedding dresses are Not pageant dresses.

There are tons of YT videos about the lying that goes on on these so-called "reality" shows, and how the producers command people to play up or play down certain emotions, etc., as they feel the viewers would respond best to. It's all hype for ratings, nothing more. Just a bunch of lies, and the bridal shows, and the house shows are the absolutely most controlled lies of all the shows.

I’m really glad she went with more lace than bling. The super blingy dress really did look like a pageant dress but the lace made it seem so much more bridal but still had some sparkle that really suited her.
People: look at the bride's face! If she's loving the dress and feeling like it's her dress, then it doesn't matter what you think. Go along with her.

Pageant girl here, pageant gowns are worn to impress judges. Future pageant brides, do not bring a big group because you are there to ONLY impress yourself. You are no longer being judged. It's your day and you have no one to fight the day with.

The first one was actually soo pretty. With a simple beaded belt it would be such a classic look.

FINALLY, a truly gorgeous bride to be who had her hair professionally done for the appointment and wore the right shoes for trying on the gowns! And to top it off perfectly, a great entourage of normal people who aren't trying to upstage the bride, nor act like bizarre things from another planet.

I'm surprised that brides don't try to sit and move in gowns they ultimately love. It's not like they're gonna be standing the entire time at their receptions. They need to know how the dress is gonna move with them.
