I just wanted to thank you I’m 48 and and when I was younger I tried to play and learn on my own from books using tab and ended up quitting only learning a few things recently my son bought a guitar and he learned so quickly watching you so I bought myself one and now we play together

@BolledyretM the Symbol from the left represent the E string and so it goes on and the letter tells the fret. And the x means that the string is muted. And i still cant read tabs oh the joyXD

hey, i needa learn a song for a presentation i have to do in a week and I was wondering if you guys could help me pick out a song? one that is pretty easy to play and will sound very good like ive learned a lot . i can play for like three hours everyday for the nxt week
For all the people out there without Capos you can still play it without the Capo. It will just change the key to a lower key without the Capo. And any good Music Store will stock Capos from around $10-$60. The rule of thumb for Capos is the more you spend the better quality the Capo is.

@fhscougar63 just play it like this x32x3x (thats from the low e to the high e) its an easier form of c to play when transitioning to a g......it sounds basically the same and just keep playing it will get easier!
music is subjective man. whatever way feels right and sounds right to you is the "right" way to play it. You can always experiment with picking patterns as you're playing, whether you decide to use them while playing or not, nobody is going to fault you either way. and I quote the great Duke Ellington in saying "If it sounds good, it is good."
Love your vids bro but wish you'd sing ( speak ) the lyrics over the tune at the end even just for one chorus and verse as a recap, i have no natural musical talent so find it easier to relate the cords to the song when that is done! Minor criticism though keep up the awesome work fella.
