- The Sony NEX-3 mirrorless camera was released all the way back in 2010. How does it hold up 11 years later? Should you buy one? In this video we take a look at the camera and some photo samples.

Got one last year for under 50,- and it works top. Mostly I put my old manual lenses from analog times on it. Big fun!

me: no, but i saw a c3 on leboncoin for 50eu and a 16mm prime, i'm now genuinely curious how it is as a pocket to replace my cybershot, or make a gift.
NEX3 released 2010, but I don't have money to buy it yet. Got it today for less than $60. I feel good. I want to collect. Next queue NEX5 to collect.

exactly, it's a good thing to being compact but it's not a dslr with big lenses and pro gear. i still carry a pocket camera with me cause i can't stand phone pics, it's always a good compromise.
Thank you so much ... Your video answered many questions that i wish to know... Especially the photo sample fm this model... I found someone comments on it weak flash... Any ideas if i even want to photo the firework... Obviously this is a beginner level quiz🙉
For this model Sony has a proprietary accessories port, which means that you're stuck with the flash module that Sony made for this, and they can be a bit difficult to track down. I haven't really found the need for a flash, just play around with some of the settings in different lighting scenarios (more comprehensive TH-cam photography tutorials might help you here). just grab a maglite led to lit the scene or something so you adjust the tone , but remove flash.

There a great street camera for photography, but with todays tech on vids they suck, I use mine for street photography and maybe some macro,
