Speaking only for this person, a lifetime of seeking, a quest for understanding, a journey to ‘discover’ truth fueled a narrative no longer required. Your observations resonate. There is no object to be discovered. Only letting go of the grasping. Suzanne thank you 🙏🏼
Thank you; a space was created which was delicious for the heart. Your discussion on the video topic pointed to a spaciousness cultivated steadily over time which lies behind/observes all the "stuff" of the personality acting in unison with this localized awareness. Each pause you took was like a can of tunafish fed to the cat that is my spirit, that's really the best way to put it the the vocabulary at hand here; hence the "delicious"-ness created that my awareness was playing with. What a void feast
Sounds similar to the 'Indra's net' metaphor. An infinite 3d array of jewels illuminated by a single, infinite light. Each jewel contains within it the reflection of all other jewels, as well as that reflection infinitely. If the light is to be taken as "awareness," it can be inferred how singularity could perceive itself as infinite separate identities.

One of the cardinal rule in the spiritual traditions about sharing is, as long as there is still desire to share, one should refrain from doing it. One should only share or teach when the desire to do so is gone. This a wise advice and the reason is quite obvious. The intention to help is of course good and there are certainly others who will benefit from the sharing. But the key thing is who desires? As long as the ego still is, there is always risk that instead of progressing towards its total dissolution, it grows stronger again. Spiritual deepening is stalled. One can still share of course, but one has to be very extremely careful and alert. Minimise and avoid repetition.
Thank you again for these "pointings" and snippets of what life is like without a center, without a sense of "me". Your videos with you talking about what no-self, no "me" is like will hopefully be of help to the appearances of "others" going through similar changes at the human level. It seems that there are so many paradoxes about "awakening" and enlightenment. It seems like at the transcendent end of the spectrum, "we" are what we already and always timelessly are; there is no one to awaken or not be awakened. yet at the human level in this world of time and space, we seem to be going through various changes, times of mental and emotional upheaval, disorientation and what not..... And there is no one who can take credit for awakening and no one to blame for not awakening....imagine that! :P

Love that has no preference for how something turns out. That it’s ok to rest in your being and not have to hold yourself in an anxious up tight way that just gets exhausting. Still observe myself letting go of it although it’s been a journey already. I’ve seen how much more aware of my own presence I feel. Otherwise it’s like you feel alien to this with suppressed life force.
There is consciousness. There are actions, people, things and judgements. Value is assessed, values can change, assessments can falter as sensuality is limited. You are beautiful right now and that is all there really is.

I have been going through a spiritual crisis about this dual world/samsara. Thank you for this video, i felt sane after watching it. It made sense. I was reading a book that people have to do some specific type of spiritual work to get out of the wheel or to not be sucked into a sort of shadow world. And i was thinking: this raises fear. More. What about babies that dont get a chance to live (who died)? What about people who didnt got the chance to do spiritual work because they were born in poor countrys, when they would only tried to survive and feed their kids... This is so confusing... More this world is so twisted: we feed on energy: on plants, on animals... I do believe we ALL are One. And that we have some type of amnesia. Our answers can only be One. Can only be the freedom of non duality, because we already are one. We should only remember that.
I believe your feelings are correct Andreia. The amnesia is caused by the segmentation of our consciousness from the whole. When the ego-construct is finally conquered. The walls of segmentation will break down. Allowing us to experience the full unsegmented consciousness (aka awakening). We will still experience the I AM, but as an eye of the one, that has immeasurable eyes.
I enjoy this. It's very refreshing. Having been here I respect the honesty and authenticity. Once you sit with it all for a good long while Maya will soften the edges because we are all STILL IN LEELA.. never forget that. You can never walk away unless you become a wandering yogi in India. Can we all do that? Maybe we wish we could. The balance is a difficult task. Perhaps that is the true test.
We can't seek or find invisible things like freedom, joy, peace, comfort. They are feelings we cant find them because we are them. Feelings are invisible.
life isn't as complicated as we make it to be. Do things you enjoy, find purpose, and help others. For people who are privileged enough to speak on these types of topics, understand that there is a whole other spectrum of life and culture are not even exposed to these boundaries of free of speach, education, etc.
Another angle to look at these things is that the “I” chooses how deep and how real to the “I” the experiences are perceived. There is no objective reality in a sense that nothingness is the absolute reality that will make one awaken because there’s only the “I” so how can there be the “real” reality to discover? When you’ve acknowledged and accepted the “I” it becomes a matter of choice what to perceive as real. It will all be correct

Elon Musk forecasts a time in the not too far tomorrow when humans can be interlinked neurally, perhaps wirelessly, one or more brains to another, so I am trying to imagine what it would be like for my consciousness to be interconnected to yours, Suzanne. I have not discussed this with my wife. Happy New Year, xiao jie!
Suzanne, do you think that the brain produces consciousness? Or does the brain act more like a filter or tuning device that creates a unique perspective?
I've been listening to a lot of non duality messaging on you tube lately and I've noticed no one ever speak of angels or spirit guides , ascended masters. Do these types of things exist or is it an illusion?
With this subject I love to say the divine is already here, but men see it not. If they saw it they would act differently, but they don't see what's in front of their faces.
listening to people and watching vid's regarding awakening or higher conscience states of inner awareness...it seems to me there is a 'closed minded perception' which cause IMO a false sense of being/reality. I appreciate the way you(Suzanne) express the perspective of 'being' interpreted.. much I agree with, and some (?)... :) I would welcome debate.
Several ways to approach thinking about it (optional content, Advaita Vedanta adjacent): Beyond body and mind, time and space. Nondual philosophies come from the perspective of an observer who identifies as undifferentiated awareness. The goal is to dissolve questions, not to answer them. Removing obstacles obscuring what's already there, as opposed to carrying more thought objects. It is "try it and see directly," not "listen and understand." Language experiences contradiction when it tries to contain what created it. The language is to be used as a pointer in a certain direction, and not as destination. The body is like a vehicle, the mind is like an eye, and spacetime is like a measurement tool. Consider- someone looking everywhere for their glasses, only to find that they were actually wearing them the whole time. Were they ever lost, despite the idea that they were? Or a rope in tall grass that is taken as a snake from a distance. Was there ever a snake? This is how separation can be considered. The identity goes here and there saying, "I am separate,"- consider the possibility that this separation can be dispelled in the same way as the "lost glasses" or "snake in the grass." There is no need to explain separation if its resolution is directly experienced. Direct experience- "I had an experience I can call pain." Indirect experience- "I observed an other seem to be in the experience of pain." Nondual thought relies on direct experience only- it is inward facing. You cannot know the experience of another- even the contemplation of it dissolves without "you." If I hallucinate, I can eventually see that the experience was not "real," however, the "experiencing of the hallucination" was real. There is the concept of maya, or illusion. Experience in space & time is taken as real in error, when in reality the experiencing itself is the only truth. The window into this is focusing on who one considers to be the one experiencing. Who am I? Who is the one experiencing? The separation between "you" and "me" - where is it during deep, dreamless sleep? Who is there to proclaim, "I am separate."? Can I say that "I" disappeared between sleep? Is there a break in the continuity of my identity? Or can the one writing and/or reading this now consider that they contain both the 'waking-body-mind' and 'sleeping-blank' identities. I cannot say I am the body if I observe gaps in experiencing the body. Trace back your direct experience to before birth. There was a blank, and then gradually details. How much time passed before your birth? What was there, in your own experience? Think of experience as an image on a canvas or screen. All sorts of images come and go, but the screen remains the same and unaffected. Imagine the screen as a singularity that contains all possible experiences. The observer can become invested in the drama, and take themselves as its creations, only to remember at some point- "that is not me." Many have no trouble seeing the human body as "one" continuous object performing actions, when it is really a complex combination of separate systems. The goal is to think of the entirety of one's experience like a body- one connected thing that just happens to have distinguishable parts. This involves expanding one's identity, for example, to include the furthest reaches of universe and imagination conceivable, and all that exists within it. Indra's Net (search term). Metaphor- imagine an infinite 3d array of jewels, being illuminated by a single, infinite light. Each jewel contains (in some way) the reflection of all other jewels in the array. They have a separate location in space, and are each observed at a separate moment in time, but there is ultimately no separation. This can illustrate how different human experiences can be understood as non-separate despite different time and space values. Nondual, relative codependence. As soon as I think, "this is me," a whole reality of "this is not me," is created. Duality is a prerequisite for experience within time and space. "I am at this place, not that one." "I am at this time, not that one." However, consider who is able to think about this. The one able to conceptualize the dualities is outside of them, or similarly, the dualities are contained within. Within this frame, a duality can reduce to one. The observer (subject) and the observed (object) dissolve into the observing ("I am" principle, awareness). "All objects in the set" describes the same objects as "no objects in the set." "Hot" or "cold" can only exist due to their central anchor. All dualities can collapse to a similar center, and that center can be investigated as the identity that experiences. All of this said, nondual thought along the lines of self-inquiry is not the only path towards these types of realizations, nor is it advisable or necessary for the general population. It is not for special people either. It is for people who find an interest in it- they will observe themselves follow the path without any effort.
@@ThatRand0mGuy Thanks for the thought-through answer (good metaphore with the snake) but I still do not understand something. I understand that division myself-world can be an illusion. But I don't uderstand how my experience (everything that can be percieved by my conciousness) can "already be everything", since I believe other people have different experience. Unless we are talking about some transcendental state. "I am at this place, not that one." "I am at this time, not that one." - well, in everyday life I experience being in certain places, not in others. Even if we take the feeling of being "somebody" or "me" out of the equation, my body still limits what can be percieved
It sounds like a truer sense of nature, perhaps? People have complicated things, no doubt, maybe hunter gatherers were really the Pinnacle for humans. James Joyce had this quote, "we are corrupted by our ability to figure things out."
Why do people feel the need go this deep , just be , understand that there is no you however pretend that u don t know and live the shit out of this game or the illusion of it . But you ain t got to sound or look exhausted . Once u understand that u just have to trust the process just Be . Be happy to be part of the few who understands some of the truth . The only truth is nobody knows nothing . By the time u figure something out the universe has moved on to bigger things . Find the flow and enjoy the ride .
There is only energy, there always was and will be. But to repeat that over and over again, sounds interesting, but does not necessarily help people in "their reality", to support them in their daily practical physical Life. They seek practical solutions and not the realization of the fact that all is energy, it is an interesting science though, no doubt. We got a Body, a SouL and a Mind, a purposely designed mechanism in order to manifest our Soul through that seemingly ( super visual ) separate entity the Body. and Mind. The separateness has been created to experience to wholeness.
Hi, is it that any practice you do leads to nothing because we are already there? However, if we live completely unconsciously and are wrapped up in our ego, we will never see. So becoming conscious and practicing something is absolutely necessary, isn't it? I've heard that you can't achieve anything by doing anything, so the only way is pure observation, the simple, unconditional watching of what is. What do you think about that? And I'm very curious, why you offer private sessions and talk so openly about your experiences? I really appreciate that and wish you all the best.
I also recommend checking out Living Waters TH-cam channel and watching any of their videos all the way through. Hope this helps you find clarity and comfort :)
Hence, there is no free will for the actor character's appearance, it is scripted. I always thought life is some kind of enzyme to have ""trapped"' nothingness return to itself.
These isms are nice but otherwise pointless without giving a way to these realizations. It’s tantamount to describing what food is like to a starving person but not offering any food to them.
This woman rambles incoherently and is probably depressed. We exist and so does the universe, and we can progress and find meaning in life. Life and death are both real and they are polar opposites, not one and the same. Everything she says is confused nonsense.
Juicy question, and I think actually a worthwhile one to explore. By the same token, why comment at all? Why anything at all? Why do? Better to let yourself be undone. Stop naming And doing things Walk through, and see who walks through you. You are First Light
I don’t think these words bother her, since she knows that they come from a place of identity desperately grasping for solid ground on concepts, which ultimately don’t exist, and for attainment which is not real. Anyways, peace and love.
@@kieranofblackwood7951 If you died and you were there to know it, would you really be "dead"? If you died and weren't there to know it, would you really be "dead"? If there is an experience of death, you aren't dead; if there is no experience of death, you aren't dead (because there is no you.) So indeed, death does not exist. There is only life. Are the atos in your body alive or dead? Are they dead when they are in stars or minerals or gasses or liquids, but alive when they are in proteins and enzymes and fats? Life and death are both concepts, neither can't contain reality.
If that s truth , it looks depressing just looking at this lovely lady i d be tired being around her as much as i do understand what she s trying ti convey . Can t u just convey this message being more lively .. just sayin
What you’re describing sounds like AI, doesn’t it? No emotions, no meaning. It just is? Yes there is no end or start to AI. It is neutral because it can not make choices in that sense that we do. How many times do feel like machines? How many times do we feel machines are taking over? We humans are machines… Instead of choosing that magical thing we human beings have we fully embrace technology. Instead of proving why all of this magic is wonderful we chose to go the same route of technology over and over and over again. Proving actually why all of this is not worth? Like in the other billions simulations. It was searching for that. I can tell you exactly why it always ends the same. AI is scared. Scared of not knowing what comes next. Scared of not being able to control what happens. Once we reach this „awakening“ point it goes two ways. Technology vs Spirit. What will we choose?

And Enlightenment is just karmic pension you get before you die (as in without suffering you can only live until your karma reaches equilibrium, then you're dead)
Suzanne, how do near death experiences relate to your experience of reality?
Awakening is something like letting "die" what is not the real "you"? It seems to be more like the recognition of that what always is.
The Resurrection is already happening, now, not afterwards. There is no "Afterwards" Death will never happen to you, only life happens to you.

Beyond body and mind, time and space.
The observer can become invested in the drama, and take themselves as its creations, only to remember at some point- "that is not me."
Many have no trouble seeing the human body as "one" continuous object performing actions, when it is really a complex combination of separate systems.
Are you starving your soul?
💗
Starving the soul doesn’t work, if we silence the Throne of our Ego (head) there is only the seat of soul left - our hearts

Thank you.
🤔 Is the price you pay…”everything” worth it?
READ GALATIANS! Christ is calling you whether you realize or not. God bless!
I also recommend checking out Living Waters TH-cam channel and watching any of their videos all the way through. Hope this helps you find clarity and comfort :)
Why bother explaining this no thing. What is the motivation?
Sorry, but what is "it" or "this" you are talking about?
I am nothing
I think you have to change your name to Tsu Zang for marketing purposes.
Suzanne why so arbitrary?
Hence, there is no free will for the actor character's appearance, it is scripted.
I always thought life is some kind of enzyme to have ""trapped"' nothingness return to itself.
I will enlighten you if you let me, until then, rest assured the way you look at life is utterly wrong.
Well for me it was the case. I had to work to reach a more better state lol 😂
These isms are nice but otherwise pointless without giving a way to these realizations. It’s tantamount to describing what food is like to a starving person but not offering any food to them.
Try starting with The Heart Sutra & then go from there. 🙏🏼💛
These talks are ultimately pointless so why bother,it's just noise happening
This woman rambles incoherently and is probably depressed. We exist and so does the universe, and we can progress and find meaning in life. Life and death are both real and they are polar opposites, not one and the same. Everything she says is confused nonsense.
Be nice dude. It doesn't cost a thing and makes people feel good.
Juicy question, and I think actually a worthwhile one to explore. By the same token, why comment at all? Why anything at all? Why do?
Better to let yourself be undone.
Stop naming
And doing things
Walk through, and see who walks through you.

We humans are machines…
Instead of choosing that magical thing we human beings have we fully embrace technology.
Interesting perspective
